Wouldn't he just need to contact whatever company he was using at that time for handling his CC transactions?
They would have been OK with ecig transactions at that time too, who knows what their policy is now though, but even if they change their policy it doesn't take their legal responsibility for offering the service Mike paid for, at the time of the charge backs.
I don't know how it works. Only Mike knows. I don't know the particulars of what went down and why the charge backs happened in the first place.
One would think if he had the transaction numbers, something could be done with those to get his money back though.
