It will be a little bit hard to do that. The finish is brushed and if you buff it, you will start to see a much more shiny area. Therefore to buff out a scratch you would have to buff the entire thing.
Yeah thats what I thoughtMaybe I can polish it with some SS polish and you won't see it as much.
sidewinder is kind of growing on me....
I think the sidewinder will be a big hit, I want one for my take out APV.
I used a magic eraser and dish soap to clean the outside of the Standard and boy did it make a difference with how clean it was. I rinsed with a dampened microfiber cloth and dried with yet another microfiber cloth. This may work for you as well.

K-man, I now read your posts in your voice. I still skip posts by Rat. That is all.
I just use a Cape Cod cloth. Makes the SS shiny without making it a fingerprint magnet.
Where do you get that? ACE Hardware?
My day with ASH since noon: nasty burning taste and smell, like burning metal, similar to burning plastic, very difficult to describe. I did melt some of my nylon insulator so far, replaced that with piece ("canvassy cloth") from a carto that is exact same size, and I had to take ASH apart to clean the tank as there was some very small mesh pieces/fragments in there. Now I wrapped a new coil, ruined about 4 wicks (cutting them to get right length), and it's still just as bad as it was before, no better no worse. This is quite frustrating! This is a pain in the ASH!
