So you think there is not a diode to prevent a blow out of the kick. Wished I still had my kick to experiment. Still seems to me it would go both ways. but will not know until I try it.
Edit: Oh wait, it worked in my PAPS. unless I was three sheets into the wind.... But I dunno, should be same on the Zenisis.

I suppose it's possible the kick wouldn't be damaged, but I can't see how it could work if the ground and + post are shorted. My knowledge of electronic circuits is semi-limited, but that is how I see it. Maybe someone more experienced can clarify?...

It's the entire 510 connection is fatter then the top hole in this particular genesis. Would make it hard to sand/grind down something at all not even considering fitting the o ring.

I have a line ss and my cherry vapes ss Ming fits. That's all I have used on it.

Ended up cutting the piece 1.5in x 1.1in, whatever that is in mm, then rolled it, oxidized/quenched it, whole 9 yards, seems to be working great! Ty for the response, will try that next time

Seems strange it would be so off. Had a couple combos not work, but it was always by a pretty small margin. hack a plastic freebie tip and remove the o-ring should at least get you by for now. unless you already are making it work.

Sorry I ranted, talked smack and left.

Received two z-attys today and I've been off playing with them.

Question for those who own them.

In small mode, what the best way to adjust the wick and hole so that it lines up the way I want with my button. I would have to say this is the only downside of side buttons is that they are often not where you want them.

I love these things. They might be my favorite of the z-attys.

Stat's strange, as all my standard DT's seem to be a bit to loose in the Zen.

I used a big fat o-ring in the drip well and it allowed me to tighten it up to where I wanted it without indexing the top. Some use a long screwdriver and tap the top off the provari and screw on the Zap then put the top back on the provari.

Ob. I think many put a dt o ring under the zatty and that helps you center it the way you want. Back to the kick: there is a thread in the swocial section on it. If mike thinks it would have to go all tthe way up inside, i'd be inclined to wait and ask...
