Karma, what do you consider "sludge"?

Are you saying that the 325 mesh will need to have the processes/preparation modified in order to provide me with a consistent vape?

I ask because Boba's Bounty is my go to juice. I consider it sludge compared to most of the others that I vape in between. With any luck, I can be prepared to lock and load with minimal issues in my mission to make this as smooth of a transition as possible.

There are several bobas bounty folks using my stock 325 wicks with great results.

TO ALL: My friend is doing something wild here. not only has he created something that is pretty cutting edge, but he is doing it from scratch. the Zenesis started off as an idea in the mind of my favorite mad scientist and now it's an actual thing. think of it as a newborn. it will have growth.
how many other suppliers have you dealt with (and anyone who is a vaper has many) have said, "oh, it broke?...i'll send you a new one". or, "i've come up with something better... i'll send it to you for free".
i'm glad he had his "rant". i'm sorry that he had to, but i'm glad he did it. anyone who has had the pleasure of getting to know Zen~ knows that he is one of those cats that makes you think, "he's too good to be true". i know that in his perfect world any of you that wanted one, would have it the second you decided to get it and there would never be any problems. be patient folks... and be glad for the help of others. how many of us got to where we are, in terms of our "vaping knowledge", without the help of others?
for those of you who will be getting your devices in the next month or so, remember... you will get them as fast as humanly possible. he's not only changing the way we vape; he's changing the way business has been done by others to how it should be done.

okay... that's my rant. go back to stalking your postal carriers, its much more fun. just try to avoid getting hit with that spray... it stings!

I found out the problem . I took the switch apart and lo and behold I found that on of the magnets was broken into three pieces. I figure that the littlest piece was jamming the mechanism. So as a temporary fix I sandwiched the broken magnet between the other two and put it all together and ground some Noalox into the screw with a emory (same with the battery contacts). Now it hits every time and the play is significantly reduced in the switch to boot. Thanks everyone.

Zen~ would it be possible to order a magnet. I think I can hold out for a few weeks until it is a more convenient time for you since everything is hunky dory on my end; maybe even just ship it with the other switch. And yes I will most definitely send the old switch back.

For those that don't know... Rat has been in the house of zen for nearly as long as it has existed... I met him at the first vape meet I ever attended, and he has had a few different versions of the Red Rocket and now he has a custom Z-go... He's one heck of a juicer, too!

Thanks Karma. I normally run Boba's in a UFS because cartos are just futile when it comes to thick jooses. I could thin it using some pg caramel if necessary. But from the way it sounds, I may not have to do anything out of the ordinary. I'll keep your suggestion in mind just in case I do encounter a hiccup once that glorious day arrives.

Until then, I will continue to learn to be an educated HooliZen.

BTW, how many inch pounds will be the proper torque on the coil screws?

i try to refrain from using ECF so much now because of all the drama it has. its become the facebook of the e-cig world IMO. sorry to say it but its true.

A strange calm just came over me as I was in PM with a friend from Chicago...

I've been a bit stressed about the issues a few folks are having with the PVs... And feeling bad for the people that are having those issues... Then it hit me...

Today marks a real milestone...

Including the early Pvs I sold at VaperCon in Richmond and the ones I sold in November/December... As of today I have shipped a total of 100 Zenesis PVs! It will be just shy of 125 by the close of business tomorrow.

And only a handful of folks are having problems... None of whom are regular mesh/coil users... But they will be!
