Hey! They're numbered! I feel stupid, and I must have missed a few posts.....
I thought I read where they were and I'm looking all over and don't see a number.
Today I happen to notice the mesh runs right across my number. With the poor lighting at my desk I just didn't notice it.

Not sure if I should ask this here or in the group.
I'm thinking I may not have my wick/coil "seasoned" enough yet?
I haven't been exclusively vaping on my Zenesis, but hitting it pretty hard.
Now and then I get the dryish hit and tip it upside down for a few, but I also get the occasional "metallic" tasting hit.
Is this a normal thing while it's breaking in? I've never had this type of atty before.

Yes, this is definitely normal.

You could speed the process up by tipping it down and firing it solid for a good minute or so. Just be sure that the coils stays wet and you should have no issues. If it is glowing, back off the button and wet it some more. It should get good and hot and glow lightly, but not full on bright red. You'll notice that after a while it will start wicking VERY fast (faster than you can burn it with the coil). That is about when you know it's at least "mostly" broken in. I am not sure how Zen~ will feel about this particular tip because if you are not really familiar with how these things work and react (i.e. not a great idea for a new genisis user to attempt) you can easily pop your coil and have to start over again, but it works for me :)

You should notice nicer hits right off the bat and dry hits will become the exception to the rule as you will not get very many of them after doing this :)

Zen will the zatty have the quartz tanks or the polycarbonate tanks?

I'm sticking with Quartz... The benefits outweigh the risk. When the Z's ship, they will come with a Quartz tank and a Poly emergency tank. When I have Poly tanks in stock they will be included with the PVs as well, and those that already have PVs will be supplied a Poly tank mailed separately... I love the idea of Quartz... and I love the idea of an emergency tank that's also Included.

Whassup zenfidels!I got a question for the zenmaster hisself. Is the base of the z atty u gonna be flat, tapered or slightly recessed?I really like the way the zenesis looks and the z atty pro looks darn good on the provari. Is the z atty u gonna be as seamless lookin on my P18---
flat top as the z atty pro is on the provari?

My :2c: on the dragon
12ml tank(quartz of course)
26500 battery
aluminum exoskeleton fusion welded to SS zen atty
bottom magnetic button
or is this just a dream

I usually don't quote my self, but I gots ta know about the z-atty-u
and refresh the guessing game on the dragon

Oh yeah,before i forget.
Does anybody that already has their zenesis feel like it just flat sucks the life out of your battery?
I have been using the AW IMR 18650(1600mah)in a different device and the batts last approx. 16 hrs. in it.
they seems to fall to 3.7v within about 8-10 hrs. in #0016,or is this pretty normal?the other device is regulated tho, maybe that's why I don't notice it falling off after a few hrs.

ZEN~,
my cap had a great stiff draw at first but then i noticed there was a small shaving of SS in it still flapping around. i cleaned it up and the very small shaving that was in there fell out. not sure where it went but now the stiff is WAYYY too airy. please help me. i hate the super airy draw and want that stiff draw back.

also could you PLEASE PM me. i've been trying to PM you but i cant seem to get a response. I have an important private matter i would like to inquire about. Please PM me.

thanks!

ok. get ready for this. It is like seeing haliey's comet or bigfoot.

these things only come around once in a while.

I HAVE A ACTUAL QUESTION

I have heard talk about the coils shorting. what does this actually mean? Is this a permanent thing that cannot be fixed without a new coil? Please someone explain this whole thing to me.

Coil shorting is easily corrected when you know what to look for and what to do. When you get one of your mods you will see right away what we are talking about. They are fixed by simply moving the coil or wick so that the kanthal is not touching a part of the wick where the oxidation has been compromised or by removing the wick (which can usually be done without breaking the coil) and further oxidizing the wick.

We'll be here to help if you need it once your Zenisis arrives and make sure you get to vaping nirvana as quickly as possible :)
