A little birdie tells me Mergyphon is hating her zenesis... And is telling the world on her show...

She has switch issues, which the rest of the world knows will be dealt with and can't get past the metallic taste... So it's clearly not setup properly.

And she hasn't reached out for support, so I guess there's nothing I can do about it.

#0016 standard had a boo-boo today.As I was removing the fused quartz tank for cleaning,I noticed a chip in the edge of the tank(my fault) that had turned into a crack!Major bummer!!
Zen~ might not approve of this,but a 20ml syringe is almost the perfect ID to use as a temporary fix until the proper tank is available.
The syringe is not quite as tight as the OE tank,hopefully it will not leak,I haven't refilled it yet but soon.

Put a thin wrap or two of teflon tape under the o-ring. Works like a charm.

I will have more tanks in stock this week for people needing replacements.

So far,it works well!I wiped the markings off the syringe with acetone and it looks ALMOST as good as the quartz not nearly as crystal clear.
The OD of the syringe is just a tiny bit smaller than the zenesis,not enough to matter.So far this is an excellent replacement until a proper tank is available.

thats a shame, maybe its cause your not greek lol... i woulda thought she wouldve done some troubleshooting here with us before giving a negative reviw....hopefully she will get it running right get her upgraded button and give you some recognition for the great customer service you provide and great pv youve made!

no i was waiting on your opinion to what i said about the .com thing, i had a lot of custom requests that led to a few changes b4 i posted those pics and then again after...i just wanna make sure third times the charm...i know i have to go thru all of them again but id like to get them printed after this next revision so i dont need a version 4
