How much bread, milk, and eggs do people really expect to consume during a storm anyway, I've always wondered that...

"Frankenstorm", as they are calling it now.... should hit our area around Tuesday morning.
With work, I've yet to make it to the store.
What are the bets that the shelves are already empty?

Now, growing up in FL, with hurricane season, you would stock up on canned, non-perishable, and water.
In case you don't have electric for a few days.
Here in Jersey, when it threatens to snow, I've seen them clear out the bread, milk and eggs.
I guess in case you still have electric, but just can't leave, being snowed in.

But still... it's gonna melt. Or get cleared away some. They act like they'll never see store bought milk again.

We just want some extra canned and non-perishable in case we lose electric.
But yeah, some people go overboard.

People were hitting the stores for bread and milk yesterday afternoon! I had to stop for a couple things on my way home from work and it was mobbed!

I can imagine the people rushing to prepare! That happens here too when we have blizzards heading our way.

Stay safe, Bamrz! (((hugs)))

And with those facts being stated, I guess its not difficult to figure out I'm originally from the Northeast myself..
Used to seeing those empty shelves.

Crazy thing is that the batteries, candles, etc... seem to stay in stock until right before, when actual logic kicks in..

I'm going to pick up a few cows on my way home instead.
I'll be the guy selling fresh milk in the classies.

At twice what you paid of course.....

Possible hurricane force winds, better tie the cows securely. LOL

I thought you guys would get a kick out of this, I was coaching my gf through her first wrap last night, she doesnt like me telling her what to do so she told me to go away. This morning i looked at it and saw this...

sarahswrap.jpg

lolz         :?:
she said thats the only way she could get 2 ohms out of it because she tried a 5, 6 and 7 wrap, i think this one is 12? The funny thing is that it vapes and it actually reads 2 ohms. I had a 5 wrap on there before so I think I'll rewrap it a 5 or maybe try a 6. Why is it only reading 2 ohms though? my coils are a bit bigger than that so i thought maybe its because hers are so tiny, oh well... i thought it was funny anyways... :p

Edit: Looking at it though, she actually did a pretty good job coiling it
