That's very true but I have this APV that bought almost purely for aesthetics and wanted a tip to match. Since Murdock's tips are even harder to get a hold of than these I thought I'd give it a shot. Had just as much luck as getting one of his lol.

Yeah there are two kinds of tips plain and one with a bio sign on it. I wanted the plain to no avail and there is ONE bio of 5 made on ebay at the moment.

Bamrz has it pretty close. Florida is totally spared on this one. Supposed to start raining here in MD/DC tomorrow evening. Then into Monday it gets worse, with the peak of the the storm being Monday night through Tuesday night. They're saying (for me in MD anyway) sustained winds of 25-45 mph with gust up to 50-60 mph for more than 12 hours straight. It's basically going to cripple the area. We lose power way too easy here, and they said if the power goes out the company won't even go out and try to start fixing things until the storm passes. So....I would expect a big mess. It's going to rain for days! We're just not prepared in this area for this type of weather. Infrastructure, utilites, drainage. DC is a swamp more or less. We won't handle the 6-8 inches of predicted rain very well.
I'll be in the dark I'm thinking.

Just watched the weather, looks like it will be progressively getting windy'r and rainy'r tonight thru Tuesday. Going to be a long drawn out event. Several schools and businesses in Va are already announcing closings. I would imagine that is going to get a lot longer before this storm gets by VA.
Got car charger, got big battery packs and plenty of batteries. Will recharge the batteries when we have to recharge the freezers (remember, I live on a farm, tractor powered generator)!
Sadly I do not. I have 11 batteries total. I'm hoping for the best. If work doesn't close, I assume I can charge there.
Waiting to see what happens. I may just have to vape very very conservatively.
How about a convertor than you plug into the cigarette lighter? We have one so we could have a TV for the son in ther back seat back in the day when TVs weren't tiny......
