Question.

With these devices, is here a way to test juices before putting them into the tank?

I mean can you leave the tank empty and just drip onto the coil and wick and test several flavors before filling them?

How many drips do you do? How many pulls do you get per drips?

When I get mine I would like to test my all days before I fill them to see which are worthy of going in.

Btw, waffle has always been one of my goto flavors. Always. Literally since the beginning.

I have ordered about a million ml's of bwb waffle.

Currently I am messing around with DIY. For those of you who know me, you can probably guess this is a disastrous adventure. Vicsan is being very patient and trying to help out.

Just like with these devices, I am stubborn and determined to get it right.

The quest for the perfect waffle and the perfect black raspberry with my perfect device :)
Just fill the tank. If you don't like it, throw the whole bottle out, because you'll never vape it again!
Sorry...maybe....nah...

You are more than welcome. I'm a beneficiary at this point, but also have suffered because I'd snatch up a mini if I could find one. I did know 1 aluminum traded hands. I didn't know about the other.

For better or for worse, I have become a pretty keen observer of the PV Market. I clock the classies. Pretty well every day. I see values rise, and I see values fall. It's a hobby within a hobby. And it's cheaper than actually buying all those PVs.

It's interesting that no one has come right out and said it, so I'll do that now. But first let me offer this heartfelt disclaimer:

I am in no way, shape or form disparaging, criticizing or making harmful comments about the products I am going to compare, their owners, the lifestyles of said owners, their pets or their pets lifestyles. This is simply a comment on the PV Market as I have observed it. It is also not a comparison based on performance. One of the things I have learned here is that there are different tastes for PVs, juices (possibly the most subjective thing on the planet at this point) voltages, draws, drip tips, dripping and everything else associated with vaping that you can imagine. There are other users far more qualified than me to comment on performance.

One of the remarkable things about the Zenesis, especially to people who compare to setups like the ODY is that the cost is significantly less.

It's not even really close. Used ODY's are running $300=$350+ in the classies these days--more on the high side. Granted, they are less at retail, but they are extremely limited in production. If you want one now, you'll be getting it from the Classies.
That's just the feed system, of course. You'll need a PV to make it function properly. ;)

Lines--made of aluminum and holding less than 2mls of juice are running at a $100 to $150--used

Of course, there is the Katana. I've only seen a couple every offered and they were in excess of $300. A bit ago--like say before December when word got out that a certain someone was going to make a 316 LVM stainless Hybrid with a fuzed quartz tank in two different configurations--the Katana was a Grail-like object and numbers well above $300 were being discussed in rather reverent tones.

Compared to that, a complete Hyrbrid--did I happen to mention it's USA made with 316LVM and fuzed quartz--is less than $250.

What I'm NOT saying is that "thump" you just heard was the bottom falling out of the GG Market.
What I AM saying is that when you look at the PV market, the Zenesis offers a tremendous amount for the money.

Nice post, Mr. White. I'll add an additional observation of my own since I check the Classies very regularly as well. Over the last 4 - 6 weeks I have seen quite a significant uptick in the number and variety of rebuildables for sale. I think some of this can be directly attributed to the introduction of the Zenesis as well as the increased or increasing production of the various new Line versions. I agree, that pricing for the earlier rebuildables is fairly stable at this point but I suspect that is going to begin to change. I haven't heard a "thump" yet but I'm beginning to hear some "bumps". ;)

I've seen the exact same thing and we are in agreement on the cause. ;)

I frequently drip mine with an empty tank while testing flavors.. soak em good and you get several good "tastes" then you can move on.

Another tip... It's a method I like but it's not for everybody... I do this at vape meets... Put 1/4 tank of straight PG in there and drip your flavored juice onto the wick. You will get 10-15 good solid hits with flavor and when the flavor dissipates, flavor it back up again. This way you never get a dry hit!

This is where we have a slight stylistic difference... one that I'm addressing with the marchies...

I have always been of the opinion from my own experience that more mesh=more capillary action organically. And as many have commented, my wicks fit quite tight in the hole.

I shove 'em in there tight... no drinking straw chimney... I let the wick do it's job.

But... I lost sight of my audience...

For the beginner in mesh/coil attys this can be problem. Personally, I can make a chunk of tree bark wick... people new to this cannot.

LordEros's advice is exactly what people new to this should be doing. A straw shaped wick that fits looser in the hole is easier to setup... later on you may wish to try the heavier wick, which I personally prefer.

If febbies want to try the Lorderos method... peel the wick back and cut off 1/4"-5/16" and roll it back up.

Marchies are being shipped with LoredEros style wicks.

:( i would rather have the same thats already supplied as I'm quite happy with 'em.....

Just a bit of information to the powers that be.......

If I were to get a payment request today or tomorrow & my standard ships quickly, I could be in vaping heaven by this weekend :toast: :D :D

Yep, that's true...

But lets examine some facts...

1: Tanks are on the way, but have not arrived... was supposed to be today, but today is when they shipped them instead of when they arrived. Mixup there.

2: You are nearly at the end of the list... If I could ship tomorrow to the first folks... you're mid week next week.

So... My advice is as follows...

Make the MOST of your time in mediocrity... HOLD ON to the lackluster flavor and vapor of Chinese made goods... When you leave, an entire economy that was counting on your continued participation will suffer... Enjoy your final moments as a carto vaper... BASK up the glory that is the status quo... SOAK UP the final moments of your old life... for when they are gone... you can never get them back!

But..But...But I don't want to be mediocore, I don't want to hold on to lackuster flavor or Chinese products & the hell with my old vaping life, it wasnt worth much anyway.

I want to fly to the stratosphire with my Zenisis & I don't want to wait.

Dang I'm starting to sound like OB :D

But..But...But I don't want to be mediocore,

You will BE MEDIOCRE and you will LIKE IT...

When I was your age I used to walk to mediocrity class uphill both ways in a snowstorm, under water, in JULY...

All your FRIENDS are mediocre...

You will hang onto mediocrity WITH BOTH HANDS, doggone it...

Now go get that leaky carto tank and VAPE...
