I've been celebrating World vaping Day by doing a final test of the new switch button... I really really like it!

I believe I will be sending entire switches to people for replacement for a couple of reasons...

I will post a "how to" video on switch adjustment and maintenance this weekend. These switches will ship to ALL STANDARD owners automatically, and then to any MINI owners that choose to make the change. MOST Mini owners have been happy with their switches, but if you have had problems the switch is available to you.

Zen you're awesome!

Since I had it out anyway, I reamed it one size up with a precision drill bit. Warmed it in some boiling water and stuck it back in. The grommet that is.

And I'm glad you got it working...

And once again folks... There is no need to do this, and don't expect a warranty replacement if you mess it up...

I changed the magnet configuration slightly which makes it so all Switches will have magnets in them that allow for adjust-ability. There will be one large magnet that stays in the switch cap, and there will be two thin ones that oppose it... They will be shipped setup for maximum force... If you take ONE of the thin magnets, flip it over and put it on the switch cap... you will have medium force... if you remove the thin one entirely, you will have minimum force. Three settings from one set of magnets!

pchela- there is another FAQ you can add, Q~ The switch is too hard/easy to press, can it be adjusted?

A lot of people seem to be over complicating this wonderful device. Too eager to get it perfect right off the bat. It takes time. Most of the issues people are having is the coil and not the wick. Zen said it best in his first video, This is something you can fidget with but you do not have to! Get the coil right and you are off to the races, get it wrong and your wick wont wick and you will blame that before the coil. I know i did! Don't blame the wick blame the coil!

I am one of these fidget like people, I can't leave the coil alone, but that is all comming to an end. After doing it a few dozen times i have mastered it and you all will too!

im working on the rice krispy treat juice.... its a hard recipie to crack. might take me a lifetime

I just started trying to recreate it for myself recently. It is tough for sure. Just when I think I have it I make a tiny adjustment and I'm off in left field again. I think they had a magic juice gnome do it for them ;)

That or boB and yssiM are geniuses :)

It's true...

LOL...

Not really though... I just care that people get the best device I can deliver!

And that is why you will sell out of stock as fast as you can get it. People enjoy quality and value. The Zenfidels reach is far and wide so many will know when stock is available. With the combination of good word of mouth advertising and a top shelf product I believe you will have more worries keeping them in stock soon than wondering if you'll get them all sold at all.

Heck, I personally know at least a dozen or so people who will buy immediately. ;)

I've been celebrating World Vaping Day by doing a final test of the new switch button... I really really like it!

I believe I will be sending entire switches to people for replacement for a couple of reasons...

1: I changed the magnet configuration slightly which makes it so all Switches will have magnets in them that allow for adjust-ability.

2: I like the idea of sending you a complete tested unit.

In addition to the full switch, I will be sending a spacer washer that can shorten the throw of the switch if you prefer a more immediate action.

There will be a pre-paid return envelope to send back your old switch, intact. I MUST get the return parts back as quick as possible.

I will post a "how to" video on switch adjustment and maintenance this weekend. These switches will ship to ALL STANDARD owners automatically, and then to any MINI owners that choose to make the change. MOST Mini owners have been happy with their switches, but if you have had problems the switch is available to you. If you are not having problems with your mini switch, please do not make the change just for the sake of it... this has been a REALLY expensive correction, and if you're not having problems, you won't suddenly develop them.

I only had one problem with my mini switch. The thin magnet in the bottom broke. I bought a bunch of them and replaced it though so I am all set. The only real complaint is that it does like to stand off kilter unless I put 2 1/2x1/4x/1/8 magnets in. That makes it too hard for the wife to push, but it does make it near impossible to fire accidentally in your pocket ;)

It's all about balance, there are pluses and minuses. I think having it not fire in my pocket is great :)
