So is anybody out there using 50/50 or higher VG content and chain vaping fine?

I tend to vape like a maniac for a few minutes at a time sporadically throughout the day so I'm hoping it'll stand up to my habits.

Edit because P =/= V.

I'm using 40/60 and 30/70 PG/VG, and I vape the same way you're describing. I still have the 400 mesh that my Mini shipped with, and I don't have any problems with it.
I do find that I occasionally have to tip the PV down for a few seconds, when it starts tasting a little dry.
I'll be changing to a 325 wick when I build my next coil, just to see if it makes much difference.

Also, I am now curious, what material is the tube really made of? Is it not heat resistant enough to not melt?

Look for the telltale circle on his/her battery.

Will the tighter draw and adjustable draw top cap only be purchased separately, or at some point will we be able to choose the top cap we want when purchasing a PV or Z-atty ?

The tank o rings are 5/8" OD 1/2" ID x 1/16"
The cap o ring is 3/4" OD 5/8" ID x 1/16"

I don't have a blow torch, but I have a gas stove. Is a gas burner's flame hot enough to oxidize and clean a wick? Will it take too long?

Or should I buy a blow torch? If so do you recommend I get a particular model?

I use my stove it works fine.

I'm thinking it might be PTFE because it cut pretty easy with a sharp knife. I had just the smallest ammount poking up past the floor of the vapor chamber and my OCD for mechanical devices forced me to cut it flush

I suppose it could be Delrin (the knife was REALLY sharp) but it felt more like PTFE on the knife.

Zen will be making available soon a tighter draw caps, but I don't know anything about an adjustable flow cap. Zen~ may have to chime in on this

The only thing on the list that hasn't been mentioned in the thread is the adjustable draw cap, and that will depend on manufacturing costs.
