Zen~,

Just curious - why do you feel so strongly that the open draw cap (standard that is shipped with all units) is the best way to go? Is it just personal preference or is there some technical reason one is better off with the open draw top?

And, other than the $25 price difference between the stiff and adjustable draw cap, is there a reason one is better off with one than the other? I recognize the obvious - one is more customizable for personal preference.... But, do either of the non-open draw caps have other ramifications, like adjustability of throat hit by rotating cap, or increased likelihood of gunk-upableness, or...., whatever, that I should be taking into consideration?

I do find myself adjusting to the lighter draw, however, can't help but wonder if a stiffer draw might enhance my Zenesis experience? And the option wouldn't be on the website if it were a totally bad thing. I know that much about how you do business....

Hhmmmm... zen mentioned 7 times the value of the provari. It's got to be super conductive so certain precious metals can only be used... Maybe a gold plated zenesis...

Yeah... well... it's actually more than seven times the price of a ProVari... I was figuring 7 times the Provari with the extension cap and a couple batteries...

Zen

I've read your zen alart thread. Is the payment processing up and running on your website? Let me know if this is the case. when the z-atty pro is available I want to know how to process payment (website or paypal). Thanks.

Hopefully this week the payment processing will be back... this has been a real hardship for everybody.

In anticipation of the Z-ATTIES... I am on the original list for a ZAG, and am just curious if the intent is to PM the people on the Z-ATTY when theirs is ready like it was done for the Feb list. Also curious about payment as I have been holding a balance in PP to pay. No issue if there is another means of paying though... Just curious. Would gladly just pay now with PP and then continue to wait patiently :)

If the payment processing isn't back by the time the Z-attys are ready to ship, we will return to the Febbie method, as much as I hate to.

Mini is 3/4" ID and 1" tall (febbies are 1 1/16")

Standard is 3/4" ID and 1 5/16" tall (so are febbies)

Just a little note to correct this... ALL mini tanks should be 1" tall... the febbie tanks were off spec by 1/16"

I'm refreshing the HoH page furiously to get a leg up on all of you! :p

Translation: Finishing up a case study and studying for finals. D:

Stop that... you can't order anything until the payment processing has been restored.

I'm from Canada. I am very familiar with the south of key west variety. Lol Rochester is only a 4 or so hour drive from here.
Maybe I'll drive down to pick up mine!

Yeah man... you really should... I'll buy ya dinner!

Personally, I feel the the vapor production of the open draw cap produces the best results possible, but some people are REALLY sensitive about draw, and would rather make the tradeoff The adjustable cap will be able to dial in between wide-open and reallllly stiff... and you WILL see a vapor production difference.

So...

What have I been hinting at?

What could I possibly do to create a PV that sells for well over a grand...

Well... Here we go...

Ladies and Gents... I'm proud to announce the newest member of the Zenesis Family...

The Zenesis Diamond

zd3.jpg

The Zenesis Diamond isn't for everybody... It makes a statement that vaping isn't a dirty little secret, rather, it's something to be proud of. As long as there have been eCigs our devices have been totally utilitarian... something to get the job done. Simple machines with a simple purpose, in fact, a general lack of sophistication in design has been a benchmark of the industry.

The Zenesis Diamond is a major departure from that mindset... This PV will be crafted from Black Chrome Plated 316LVM and adorned with a 1/4 Karat Diamond, set in 18k Yellow gold. The Zenesis Diamond will be Sharp, Sophisticated, Stylish and above all, Beautiful!

Only Ten will be made initially, though there may be more to follow. The First Ten will be the ONLY ones to have a Serial Number, and each one will come with a certificate of authenticity.

This PV will be about 1/2" taller than a Mini and feature the same mechanisms and function of the Mini.

As I've already said, it won't be for everybody... but for those that value style and can appreciate having the finest things in life, the Zenesis Diamond is made just for you.

Target delivery will be early December 2012 and it is priced at $1500.00.

I have no doubt that it will sell out once it becomes available.
