anyone have the exact measurements for the mesh wire that has to be cut to make one of these wicks?

I watched the video, and Zen just said, "a piece about this size" I would be curious about length and width.

There isn't really any ”exact” measurement, imo.
A good starting point its around .8-1.0” (20-25mm). Less mesh for thicker liquid, more mesh for thinner.
I've found after about a year using Genesis attys, ” exacts” only make more work.

At some point I'm going to have stealfdawg design a Zen holster to offer on the website...

Zen~ For the sake of the world's economy & my personal sanity and financial well being, you really have to stop coming up with all these great ideas and products.
But if you must continue on your chosen path of advancement PM me your bank account info & I'll just have my checks sent directly to you for ease of my obtaining said advancement products. :D

I've wasted alot of mesh lol.
There's alot of people here with alot more experience.
I'm just sayin, I tried to make things perfect every time, for a long time. Just to find out I was making more work then necessary.
Like Zen said, these can be finiky, if you want then to be. Zens video is spot on, cut a piece around this big (around .8-1.0), roll it, burn it, wrap it. Done.
It does take a bit of practice, but it's not hard.

i think zen's video perfectly illustrates how to wrap the coil and how to make a wick.... its so simple. you will get it in your hands.... do it once... and hate yourself for thinking it was hard
You don't me well enough obviously lol. I have chronic CRS. I can do a routine everyday for 2 years, take a few days off, and I'm .... lost. It'd be really nice to be able to download the tutorials to my laptop and phone, for future use. I don't see a "download" button on the video, the video uploader has to select that option for us to be able to download it. I tried a youtube uploader program but had to uninstall it because it wouldn't download anything. (my laptop is too tiny for all that extra stuff).
