It should be fine. to be 100% safe, I would take the liquid out so that you cannot get in trouble for that.

I would take the batteries out and keep them separate too. 4oz of liquid is ok but I would still empty it, as it does look fairly evil if you don't know what it is. And I definitely wouldn't have some glow in the dark green juice in it! Also, I had like 5 30ml bottles, and they didn't ask about it, so maybe the 4oz rule is per bottle. It proves airport security is flawed beyond belief for all the money and lawbreaking they went through to enact it though.

I have upcoming business trip and have to fly to San Dawg and do some work out that way and in "lovely" Yuma, Az for a few weeks... So how many out there have flown with a genisis type atomizer out there??? I have flown probably 200K with other PV's, but am curious if anyone has had issues with TSA and a hybrid? Cause now I want to take it with me!!!

I just returned from San Diego two weeks ago and I carried my Pro Vari with Tank in my pocket and TSA didn't even give it a second look. :vapor:vape away and have a good trip!!

I was stopped at the scanner and asked what myGGTS/ Ody and HH357's were, but the guy seemed more interested than concerned. It seriously could have been ANYTHING and he would have took it for what I said. He was polite but it shows what a waste of time security really is.

You can't take naked pictures of a piece of stainless steel therefore the lack of interest :pervy:

THanks. Didn't mean for this to turn into a PV through TSA security thread... I have taken many, including a ProVari and a GGTS/UFS setup... Just wondering about an actual Genisis. I imagine Zen~ has??? I haven't had to travel on an airline in a while, and hope I do have a good trip... but flying is getting worse as I get older.

ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Today at 2:38pm I became the proud owner of Zenesis Mini Hybrid APV #0017!! The evil mailman is not so evil (I temporarily take back all my rants about him) and I go my Mini a day ahead of my own estimate. For you Marchers...I really is worth the wait. Thanks Zen~ I love it and it is flawless. However I did have to grind my Ming to fit; but that gave me a chance to rouge it up to match my mini jewel. I must go Zenitate and vape my brothers and sisters:D. Picture will follow if I can tear myself away from vape production (I know it is very selfish and self serving but I cannot help myself):vapor:

I so, so hate describing flavors. But it is a 100%VG Tobacco flavor...I'm sure someone else will chime in while I try to think of an appropriate description...
It's also one of the most popular juices and OOS quite often.

the only way i can describe it....from the sample Vicsan sent me, it smells like graham crackers, and tastes like that and tobacco...

The poor guy has to be exhausted. Yesterday was a stressful one for him. Between the Paypal confusion, a broken Quartz tank, dry hits, seeing a Zenesis in a rubber inner-tube, and no power...he had to be ready for a break from us. :)

at least I was able to give him a short break away from all the building, repairs and such....he definitely was relaxed last night when we met up to pick up my 'standard' :) Zen~ also got to try a sample of my 'dragon-reborn' juice....knowing he prefers monster menthol, he still liked it ;)

also I wondering why mike decided on the wick hole in side as opposed to center with posts on either side with + terminal higher than other. not criticizing just wondering why. btw everyone seems to think it vapes awesome. so please don't take it wrong it may have already been disused 400 or so pages ago I've only read 100 or so
Two reasons I'm pretty sure that led to that design...first it gives the ability to have an sadjustable throat hit bc you can spin the top cap and it will change how the air flows over the wick, secondly the post that runs through the center of the tank is essential to the structure of the all in one design

I prob got beat to this answer...will edit if so when I catch up

Edit: just as I thought already answered

exactly....it is mostly due to adjustable throat hit and simplicity....with it the other way, you have longer wicking, also bent which can cause constricting and problems with capillary action of your juice....one straight wick with coil wrapped around it, easy, simple and efficient....believe it or not, the other design, which IS already being used by others, way too many peeps give up on because they cant get it to wick right, juice tastes burnt more often than not, etc....and they give up on it....i've seen fewer peeps staying with that design, regardless who made it...

I had no problem getting through TSA this morning with a Standard in my briefcase... The Office of Naval Research and the Pentagon were far less willing to let it through without an explanation.
Lol...I was nervous cause I'm not planning on checking a bag when I go to Chicago, so I'll have a few mods and all my batts and juice, good to know I should be fine as long as I keep my juice count relatively low, the trip back may be tougher after I stock up on goodies

Can anyone report if the AFC tip is working out?

The AFC tip is great on it... The only problem is that no two of them are the same size... The tolerances are all over the map! Last night shaaitaan and I had two of them in hand... One fit, the other didnt.

When you put a tight drip tip in a carto or atty, the thin tubing will expand slightly and the tip will force its way in.
One thing to realize with a solid cap like the zenesis or line or any of the other solid caps is that the hole will not budge!

But the tip works well on this system, a little sandpaper to the tip and most will go, though it may take some sanding and sweat equity.

Thanks guys, on the PM's.
Received and sent fairly quickly. Thought maybe my inbox was full with the new limits.
Either that or I'm on a secret serious "ignore" list. LOL

You're not on MY ignore list! I haven't responded to PMs in two days... Answers coming soon.
