I have small hands, and it may just be my imagination, but I would swear the button is just a little easier to push the 2000s.
The bottom cap doesn't screw on as far with the magnet on the 2000, and I don't know that there is that much difference in the hit/contact. I don't know that it's "better". It is better with the 1600s.

Edited to add:
If I can post this here, here is where I got mine, and they have other batteries as well:
AltSmoke.com | Personal Vaporizers | Electronic Cigarette | Ecigs | AW IMR18650 2000mAh LiMN Rechargeable Lithium Battery

Thank you for the link. I have some on order now. They should be here in a few days.

lol in many respects you are lucky you are somehow blocked, I really wish I didn't get involved at first, I have been completely shocked at some of what has been stated by an ECF representative, openly in the forums, I think Cigarbabe has read the whole thread lol, you should ask her about it :) I don't want to be seen as trying to garner support, or sway your opinion on the subject. ;)

I copied my last post over to the wall if you would like to read how immature my arguements are getting. I am actually a little embarrassed that I am find it necessary to resort to these tactics in a discussion because an individual keeps making slanderous if not down right libelous accusations against modders as a whole, and I mean anyone who makes a metal tube mod. The fact that the suppliers can not read a thread that Rolygate down rights attacks modders over and over is down right disgusting in some ways. So the thread were we are talking about the rules, and he is slandering mod manufacturers behind your back, that is priceless.

As much as I understand their intentions with these new safety specs, I can't help but think that requiring full length slots down aluminium tube mods is a recipe for disaster in its own right.

It's probably a good job you can't read the thread by the way Zen, apparently as a device builder you're blowing people's faces off!

That may be true but then again this thread actually contains useful information.

Is this a Christian bashing thread now?

Just because you see no value in the Bible doesn't mean you have to type it in this forum. Your hubris to make that comment in this forum is disrepectful to many and more importantly is not the purpose of this thread.

Does making disrepectful and insensitive comments give you pleasure? I really don't care what your motives are, but really.... is this an appropriate place to say such things?

Ignore buttons are so useful for these times.

I assume this applies to any metal tube mod and not just aluminum, right?

+1 on the slots assumption

I believe he said that in jest. He even comically exited after he made that comment. That's just my $.02.

I have been reading the discussion in said thread. There is a lot going on in there. Some great stuff for the community as a whole. There is quite a bit of apples VS oranges unfortunately. Some misunderstanding and over reaction as well. These changes don't go into effect for a few months yet. If anyone is concerned there is time to check it out and voice your opinion.

If you finish your post with "*dons flame ......ant suit, hits the deck, belly crawls for the bomb shelter* - Tim"; then I'm pretty sure he knew when he said it would offend people and maybe that makes him feel better.

Regardless, certain topics like religion and politics don't belong on a supplier forum as it only creates a hostile and volatile atmosphere & may alienate potential customers who do not like associating with hostile people towards their beliefs. Like I said before, it's unbounded hubris to intentionally post that in a Zen's thread knowing it's a heated issue and will only cause dissention.

I consider myself a Christian, and yes I would rather people not make categorical statements regarding the Bible with passive-agressive seemingly innocous comments when the true intent is to disrepect and get a rise out of people. Even if they believe that the Bible is a worthless book to be castigated doesn't mean you have to come HERE to espouse your opinion.

I think it's poor judgement to be that insensitive especially when it's appears to be this person's true intent.

I don't know what he said, but it got him banned.

Regarding the slots... I may have no choice but to comply.

I say purposely short a zenesis and see if it explodes or if it vents properly. I would donate some money to help with the research so you would not have to eat the whole cost of a zenesis. Besides you have already given away a few. What's another for research?

I got my standard today #0032. How did you know my age zen~?

I understand what the new guidelines are trying to achieve and I applaud their efforts to bring safety to the forefront of everyone's minds. That being said, it would be impossible to account for every possible situation of misuse/abuse created by the end user.

Obviously it's your decision to comply with the new regs. ECF isn't the only game in town even if it is the most visible.

Apparently my attempt at humor went wide of the mark, sorry. It was written in jest. Lighten up, Francis

I was going to leave it there until I read your follow up.

Christian bashing? Are you for real? Would you be as angry if I'd written the same response but the original post had referenced the Torah or the Koran? Somehow, I doubt it. Ayn Rand? Maybe...

And hubris? What – I'm arrogant for making a joke at the expense of your particular beliefs? The appropriateness of the venue aside for the moment, are you saying that I am not allowed to poke fun at something because you don't like it? What, precisely, makes your beliefs more important than someone else's? Talk about hubris...

Now I agree that politics and religion should be kept out of any thread that isn't dedicated to those topics. I had no intention of opening up this can of worms and I apologize for that and that alone. But as far as I'm concerned, wh01sjongalt, you, your thin skin, and your beliefs can blow me a kiss and ignore the hell outta me.

I agree in that it was il-thought and purposely inflammatory but I dn't think it was malicious. I think it was just a bad judgement attempt at humor.
