I had that with mine, the screw was coming loose I tighten it down sanded the screw a tiny bit and the batteries. I'm good to go now. NOTE: Please don't over tighten the screw you might break the magnets.

Over tightening the screw won't break magnets.

I've been pondering the warranty and upgrade issues for used PVs...

Should I or shouldn't I have warranty and upgrades transferrable...

And in my mind, this comes down to what am I doing... Standing behind MY customers, or my products.

My original thought was customer first.... MY customers.... Not second hand customers.

Then I thought about it... The best thing to do for MY customers is to make sure that if they decide to sell their zenesis PV that they can get the best possible resale value. Having a fully transferrable warranty helps to guarantee that the PV will have the maximum resale value.

So, without further delay, here is the warranty for the Zenesis PV.

Our transferrable Limited Lifetime APV Warranty

House Of Hybrids will replace any defective part*, free of charge, for as long as you own your PV. This warranty does not extend to damage through improper use, improper cleaning, weather, neglect, abuse, modification, disassembly, or falls.

The House Of Hybrids line of Advanced Personal Vaporizers is protected by warranty against defects only (damage not included).

*A defective part is defined as a defect or flaw that inhibits the correct use of the product. Normal wear and tear of a product is not covered under the defective parts clause in the House Of Hybrids Transferrable Lifetime Warranty. In the event of Non Warranty Repairs, Replacement parts are available for a nominal fee. The Fused Quartz tank glass is not covered by this warranty.

Except as set forth above, no other express or implied warranty of any kind or nature are given by House Of Hybrids in connection with the purchase or use of a Zenesis Advanced Personal Vaporizer. In no event shall House Of Hybrids be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the ownership or use of any Zenesis Advanced Personal Vaporizer.

Returns for repair - In order to process a return for service, you will need to contact us for a Return of Goods Authorization Number

Here is a quick fix for the standard switch issues... This is a temporary fix that will hold you until I can get the switch replacement program in full swing.

This is NOT needed in early Aluminum Zenesis PVs, and will not work in them.

It MAY be of benefit to Mini users with issues, but the EASIEST fix for a mini is a stainless spacers that I can provide, which will satisfy MOST issues with the mini switch.

Has anybody tried folding over the outside edge of the wick before rolling? Apparently it gets rid of the frayed edge from cutting and reduces the chance of a short.

Quick Q about the Z Atty G.. Can anyone tell me how this connects to the GGTS? Was just curious if it attaches to the extension tube or if it is used on top of the collector cup or stealth cap. Thanks in advance if anyone can answer.

It replaces the whole top cap I believe

yup replaces the cap and connects directly... hes making a top cap version for the buzz at some point too
