Use a pair of fingernail clippers to cut the extra top wire off. It is curved and will allow you to cut the tail closer. Also it is smaller than scissors and will fit in your travel kit.

I found that if you hold the wire and use the motion like you're reeling a fish in quickly, the wire will snap off flush. ;)

Hey everyone.

I am looking forward to when I will be able to order one, Zenesis mini or at least a zen atty pro, and get off the cartos. The Zenesis must be amazing as I have never seen such a following of a device before. I mean Zenfidels, you guys have a community!

I have done a lot of reading on this huge thread, but can you guys give me a short list of what it is I am missing out on using my provari mini and cartos compared to these APV's? Also are there any other limited models coming out in the near future (like Bam & Ti) that I might want to wait for?

Thanks everyone.

There will be a Limited Edition 2012 later this year, around November (+ or - 90 days on a Zenfidel calender ;)) and only a handful will be made. The Dragon will be released around the same time. That will be a larger APV with a 12ml tank and have a zen~ Dragon Logo. There may also be future Ti APVs, but we don't know for sure.

Got this in a few days ago to hold my Zenisis until zens come out.

Nice! Are those holes painted red or is that felt?

Welcome to the asylum!

If you have a provari mini (I just got my Provari Mini as a backup PV & I like the size), you can get a Z-Atty Pro for it. (EDIT: But the Zenesis Mini is more compact than the Provari Mini w/ a Z-AttyPro will end up being....I just got my Mini and compared it, hence the update)

At least you will be adding a rebuildable tank atty that is simpler to setup then current rebuildables, and one that produces the best vaper/flavor over cartos, silica, etc. The fused quartz tank will work with any juice (even acidic ones) and won't crack (Edit: unless you crack it yourself), impart a flavor, or discolor like the polycarbonate tanks. You can buy polycarbonate or stainless steel tanks (coming soon) if you need a super durable alternative if you choose to. The use of surgical stainless steel construction, a first in the industry, and contains no lead. MADE IN USA, Lifetime-Warranty, and local support as well as replacement parts are accessible. I'm sure others can expound more, but I'm tired of typing and need to eat my lunch.

There will be no more BAMs from what I read (100qty limited offering in Black Anodized Aluminum, sold out in 24 hours). Ti may return before the year ends in limited numbers with approx $500+ price point because I believe Zen indicated he would never sell them for the same price again (referring to Ti Standard). The Dragon is the next newest mod to come out in a few months, and will hold a lot of juice, may not be as portable or what you're looking for initially, but I have no doubt it will be very impressive based on the logo, hints, and teases.

There will be some Stainless Steel Standards available for purchase online very soon with approx 2 week waiting for fullfillment. (Approximate is a key word here)
The fastest way to acquire one is to get on the notify list by going to Home, click shop, click Standard, click notify, create an account.

ACT FAST WHEN YOU ARE NOTIFIED as this is your closest opportunity to get a Zenesis Mod quickly! I stalked the website and refreshed to death until I got my order in for a Ti Mini & my pair of BAMs. I ordered and beat the notification email for the Ti Mini by about 5 minutes.

Good Luck Star Fighter!

The cap that comes with the Zen will give you adjustible throat hit, but not adjustable draw. You can purchase an adjustible draw cap separately. However, many Zenfidels who initially thought they would need one, have since discovered that they like the draw with the original cap. One reason the Zens work so well is that they need the particular amount of air flow that is furnished with the original cap.

not sure if this has been covered... does the Standard ship with adjustable draw? Or do i have to buy that separate?

Like Mr. P said, the Open Draw cap comes Standard on the Zenesis and you may find you rather like it after you use it for a while. Even various drips tips can change the draw feel. I actually now prefer the Open Draw. It's nice. :) Though, YMMV.

Thanks wh01sjongalt,

I was thinking about just getting the Zenesis mini as it seems to be more solid as a whole (instead of having that little 510 connector holding it all togther), but if the variable, regulated, voltage of the provari is a substantial benefit to the system then I would definitely go with the Z-Atty-Pro. What do you all think? I have seen that the zen mini is pretty small as well (4.5"). Is that total height? Thanks again.

The only blue county in Texas!
I agree about the airy draw... I was very concerned that I would not like it and the very first hit was odd but it took me all of 10 minutes to get used to the draw and maybe a couple of days to realize that I actually prefer it to the tighter draws of my tank and carto systems.
