I did. tells you something about shipping needs updating or something like that. If there is 24 hour support on the ecommerce site, I would hope Zen would contact them and find out of the totals are processing or if it is just hanging. This way we could figure out if we are waiting for nothing.

Well made it thru check out 3 times, I have everything filled out, shipping shows, total is good, cc gtg and I press checkout and get a error. Check order history nothing..... so the fun continues

Zen, you need to be proactive here. Do some data mining and find the double charges before they find you.

alright finally got all modules to load up. a popup box came up which had the title "webpage" and in the box it said processing. am i safe to say that it went through? it also says processing on the bottom close to the checkout box

Switch the shipping method and then back to Priority (or whatever you want) to cause it to reset the Order Total again. Especially if you have been waiting an eternity.

DO IT NOW. Errors? DO IT AGAIN. WAITING SOME MORE? DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN. UNTIL IT POPULATES. Then fill in the CC and CHECKOUT.

ERROR ON CHECKOUT? CLICK IT AGAIN...AND AGAIN...I don't want to hear you sobbing, I also don't want to have to comfort you.

GET THAT ORDER IN, THATS AN ORDER SOLDIER.
