LOL! I am certain that will be unnecessary. Once I made the list my obsession subsided a bit. Waiting has become a part of the experience, building up to what I'm sure will be a phenomenal moment (unboxing).

I want to start out by letting you all know that I have not been posting as much as I would like to lately. I have been battling pretty severe fatigue and sleeping some days for more than 14 hours with a couple of naps on top of it. Some days I am not awake for more than 4 hours total. It is really frustrating. I am so fatigued after having a shower that my heart rate is sometimes has high as 180 beats per minute. No it is not from too much nic either. I can vape no nic for a couple of days and still have the same thing. The doc thought it was possibly a virus. I have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. (more than 10 years ago) So he thought that I was just worn down from a virus as well. Well here we are 2 months later and it is still not getting any better. I have been for a whole bunch of blood work - all OK and within range. I had an ECG and it was also OK. Tomorrow I am scheduled to go to the Cardiac Clinic for a complete work-up. I will be having another ECG, an ultrasound of my Carotid Arteries, and a Cardiac Echo. And since both of my parents had Aortic Aneurysms they will be checking for this as well. I am only 45 (46 next week) and both of my parents have passed already. They did have thier kids late in life, but are still gone too early in my mind. Dad was 79 when he passed away in 2006 and Mom was 76 when she passed away in 2010. I could really use some prayers from my Zenfidel family right now. And the reason I have not commented on the people that have been whining or complaining is because I see those problems as trivial right now, when compared to the grand picture of things. The most important thing in life is your health and complaining about how someone else runs their business because you did not get what you wanted when you wanted it is nothing compared to having your life or the life of someone you love taken away.
well peeps, time I call it a night, i have a very long train ride to Boston tomorrow and probably wont be online for a few days, will have a ton of thread catch-up to do when I'm able...hopefully my ZAP's will be home safe when I get back
So, after browsing through the thread... I have come to the conclusion that:
1: People that don't have a zenesis APV or Z-Atty hate me because they are hard to get.
2: People that don't have a Zenesis hate me because I refuse to answer their PM's, even thoug, if they knew the answer, they would move into category 1 above, so I end up being hated anyway.
3: Apparently, people are angry because Tanks are hard to get, even though they have been on the site for weeks, and are not sold out... And oddly, I sell more tanks to people that don't own a Zenesis than to people that do.
4: People hate me for introducing new models in an effort to have fewer people in the #1 list, then they join that list anyway when they can't get one.
5: People Hate me because they broke their own PV.
6: People Hate me because their PV disappeared on the way to a foreign country and there is no tracking
7: People hate me for charging too much for foreign shipping with tracking.
8: People hate me for deciding to get foreign distributors
9: People hate me for NOT having foreign distributors.
The bottom line...
A lot of people hate me!
There's an angry mob brewing here and the time has come to make some serious changes in the way things are done around here.
I think the best course of action is as follows.
1: Listen to what everybody is saying... the angry and the happy.
2: Act accordingly.
so, Here's what it looks like I need to do, and I welcome your input as to the best way to get this done.
People want to have, and I believe deserve to have, a people they can talk to about ordering. I cannot provide that and still have time to build the product... a lot of people do not understand that answering a huge volume of PMs and eMails leaves no time for building. They feel I should hire somebody to handle the questions... but think about it... How many answers cannot be answered right here in the thread by the many folks that actually have most of the answers? People don't want YOUR answers... they want MINE, even if they are the same.
The solution is to separate manufacturing and customer service, and the easiest way to do that is to get dealers. The dealers don't have to build, and the manufacturer (Me) doesn't have to deal with customer service issues.
So I've decided to seek dealers... starting with the foreign sales... of course that makes people angry... but then, so does everything else! I'm truly feeling this will help things immensely! It will make it so I have single export points, and the foreign dealers will be able to handle customer service issues for their territories.
Next, I want to find a SOLID dealer in the USA... one with a reputation for good service. I want to have this dealer handle customer service issues and hopefully already have a sub-forum here on ECF... I welcome your input on who would be a good candidate. This dealer will handle APV and parts sales.
I would also like to have a separate dealership for Z-attys... I plan on contacting David at ProVari to see if they would like to handle worldwide distribution of the Z-atty-Pro. I would like to have Bruce at Clouds of Vapor handle the Z-atty-G, but iMeo won't allow it, so this is an area of concern, and last, I am looking for a separate dealer for the Z-atty-U...
This will take time... but I feel it's what needs to be done. When you think about it... there are SO MANY PMs and emails it will take a TEAM or people to deal with it.
What we are experiencing here are growing pains. Good and Rational people are becoming angry about a situation that simply grew faster than anybody anticipated, and we can decide to let it kill this thing, or let it build more momentum so it grows even more.
But one thing has become abundantly clear... I cannot keep up. If this business is to grow as I know it can, then it needs to expand and the only way to do that is by seeking well-established marketing partners to carry that side of the work load. It makes no sense for me to hire people to handle it when there are already well-respected dealers that would love to add the Zenesis line to their range of products.
I want to get back to what I do best... designing and building. I was able to keep the mob at bay for a while, but I see the pot being stirred... and it's gonna boil over if drastic changes are not made soon.
This community that has formed around these devices is too imprtant to me to walk away... we can all work together and make it grow... and take it to the next level.
And I am TRULY sorry to those that have been waiting so long for resolution to their problems, and with the refocus I have described, we can make it so that nobody else has the same issues moving forward.
