People so ofton believe that they have rites that do not exist anywhere other than in their own mind....

I'm gonna let the very vocal minority dictate a little change... I think that even though they have stirred things up a bit, it's probably a good thing.
The real issue here is they make a lot of good points... and even though I may be a little slow on the uptake, some very positive change can take place.
It's not like I WANT to tell people that I don't have time for them! It's that I REALLY don't have time for them... and the truth of the matter is, they deserve to have somebody that has time for them... but I simply cannot do it!
But that doesn't mean that it isn't important!
Will this move mean bad things? Nope... it's all good... prices may go up a wee bit... but I'll do everything I can to keep it in line with reality, and frankly, I may even hold them right where they are... time will tell... but the point is... it's gonna happen because it NEEDS to happen.
I can manage being a part time manufacturer... but customer service never sleeps! It's 24/7 and it SHOULD be!

Night CB, and I think that is a great idea Zen~ (good sound business decision). It will give you more time to do the things you need to do and take some of the load off of you. Good luck in the new venture and I for one will be waiting for your APVs.

THE BEST customer Service I have ever had from ANY vender was from Vicki at Cignot. They are based in Chicago and just opened a brick and mortar in Evanston (? I think).
If you want GREAT customer service, Cignot. Fastest shipping I've ever seen too. I do not know if Cignot has a sub-forum though.

I like the move Zen~. I don't like the grumpy Zen~ that I have seen on here. How could you know that you needed to have an inventory of 50,000 APV's when the idea to manufacture came into your brain? That is also a huge expense for one person.
