I added a bit to that post with an edit.....I hate dripping.
I personally, have a few graduated cylinders, some nic, some pg and some flavors.
That's all I use.
BUT, I started WAY easy.
I've read that some, I believe even Zen, will mix a base of nic and pg or vg
and then add flavor a few drops at a time until they get the taste they are after.
This confuses me, 'cause it seems to me, anything you add adjusts your nic level.
What I do:
I start with 100% VG nic base at twice what I vape.
I vape 12 mg, so I bought 24mg nic, some PG, 'cause I like my liquids heavier on the VG,
and a few simple flavors.
I use an online calculator to figure the amounts of each ingredient.
It usually ends up with something like
5ml vg nic
2ml pg
3ml pg based flavor, somewhere around 50pg/50vg - 60pg/40vg at 12ml
easy peasy
I'm bored though, and need some new flavors. LOL

Oddly enough, no... CA can be rather schitzo in it's legislation. For example, we tend to be a rather "anti self-defense" state... but we've had a law that states a "forceful entry" into your home can be considered a "lethal attack" in and of itself, and can be responded to by lethal force for almost 20 years now. It's kinda a "castle-doctrine" before that term even became part of the public lexicon (mainly because we have a lot of Vietnamese immigrants who were victimized by violent home-invasions).
Vaping appears to be encountering the same sort of legislative "vapor-lock" (no pun intended, really!) of conflicting philosophy here; on one hand it's not only "not smoking"; it actually helps people STOP smoking... on the other hand, it "looks like" smoking. But so far so good, no formal bans on anything vaping related - and the few that have been floated have gotten shot down in short order. My own local rep had sponsored a "ban bill" until we kinda mobbed her at a public event, and it turned out she didn't really even know what it was all about... and once she did, she did a 180 almost instantly.
I'm always happy to take advantage of the pol's prejudices if it works in my favor, even if there's no chance I'd ever actually vote for them.

My impression was that it's just a rebuildable atomizer not a tank too....but all I have seen is that vid.
I get my nic from Wizard Labs, and the cylinders too.
I started out getting my flavors from there, but have since gone directly to Capellas and Flavor West for bigger bottles.

Nin, no that is absolutely incorrect. To date only two states (NJ and Utah) have passed vaping in public places bans. There are also some counties and local municipalities in a few states that have done that.
However, we vapers have fought very hard, and succesfully, in several other states and locales that have proposed such vaping in public places bans, managing to prevent their passage. And in the vast majority of the country, there are no such bans!

you could be me and have a gallon of pg....lol....i have prolly 30 ounces of vg too. nic im getting low only 80 mls or so of 100 mg
