Happened to me too, sorry for all of us scammed by this heartless b!tch.
For those with the ZaP wondering if they can move the top around this is what the underneath looks like on the Provari. I took a small screwdriver and slowly pried the edges up going around the top each time it moved up, becareful taking it off as you may break the wires/solder points.
No problem and I'm the same way, I don't have a ZaP yet but I would want the button where I want it too and make sure the wick is down at the same time.

Has there been an official ruling on the status of ZAP'pers or ZA'ppers as regards Zinfindels ?
I would in honesty as said be happy with Zinfi's as the top half is owned but not certain about the whole word lol
