I just want to apologize again to Mike. But If he had not stood his ground last night, saying he could not replicate the issues with the switch, I would never have used my microscope. And for that I say, Thank You Mike!!!!!! Sometimes good things result from an unpleasant situation. Also there is no way he could have known about this. It was a very tiny manufacturing defect on the head of the screw that would not affect it's use as a screw, but did not want to make contact correctly in the way it was used in the switch. The little spikes were extremely tiny and you could tell there was hardly anything touching the battery by the funny marks on the negative end. With the contact points being so small, it did not take long for them to carbon up and not make contact anymore. And stainless is really hard to sand, so is carbon. That is why a little sanding helped but the problem came back, and a really good sanding took those points off. Too bad I do not have a camera setup for the microscope or I would have posted pictures. If anyone else has this issue and has the ability to take pics please do it and post them.

Any news about ASH Zenesis

He had to send some top caps back to the machine shop to redo as he didn't like the finish. It will probably be the middle of August before the Ash goes out.
