Good afternoon all. Hit the time clock today and had 82 at work hours (not counting call in) with one more 8 hour day to go(I hope its an 8hr day). I hate I missed last nights Zen appearance it looks like it was fun, I enjoyed the catch up.

Dam thats a long time at work just think of all the zen goodies you can buy with the money you have earned :)

i knew that there was a reason you didn't call me, LOL. you were busy schooling the youngin'!!!

I didn't call you cuz I'm an idiot and I forgot. Things got hectic Thursday and I left to Toronto right after work. :(

Now imagine a grown man with a dumb, sheepish look on his face asking for forgiveness....and then forgive me!

People, friends, family, girlfriend, whatever....all those involved in MY life, often wonder and ask why I am so addicted to this thread, and all of you in it. The last couple of pages about depression, and those afflicted with some form of it, and those responding with either advice, or just positive reinforcement, is exactly why I am addicted to this thread, and damn proud of it, and all of you that are a part of it.

And... why I'm quickly becoming addicted. I think in general vapers are just good people. At least I've found quite a few good ones on this journey.

Evening Stevo!

I have no idea if or when the man person is getting out of work tonight..... anyone got a vendor for machine screws? I might need one.

After all, there is no question more important. The answer may be elusive, but nothing is easy...

What's for dinner, that's the question...

Well it is prettttty darn hot here, and I succeeded in staying pretty cool today as I poured over existential, phenomenological, metaphysical, and theological tomes. I was not about to screw that up so I picked up some veggie ready made meal bowls. They may be good, and if the first bite sucks... SRIRACHA!!!!!!!!

Isn't it odd? I feel as if you are all my friends. I've never met any of you, but feel a closeness that I treasure. This thread long ago moved past APVs and information for me...much to Rat's dismay....it's a place, it's safe and it's home.

Rat, don't worry, the information is still here and readily available, but we have to be friends too. It's inevitable. Somehow we found one another.

SRIRACHA!!!!!!!! Oh yeah!!! It makes everything better :D

FO SHO!

Although I used the heavy garlic version once to make some little chicken bites. Seems like a spicy good idea.

DO NOT PUT HALF A BOTTLE OF SRIRACHA INTO THE WOK WHILE STILL COOKING. Those little seeds you see? They are filled with capsaicin. You know what else is ?

pepper-spray.jpg

When the wok is hot and those lil seeds start a poppin'YOU TEAR GAS YOUR OWN APARTMENT! YOUR ROOMIE IS PUKING OVER THE RAILING WHILE CRYING AND COUGHING.

Where was that warning label?

Well aren't you just a sick in the mud....Hrrrmmmph!!! I never said that money would help my depression either!!!!

EDIT: You definitely sound like one of those people that just says pull up your boot straps and get on with it. Just try that when you are missing chemicals that are necessary to live!!!!! Try it with low blood sugar or high blood sugar and see how you make out. There is no difference. You would not say the same thing to someone with diabetes.
Excuse me katz 123, i didn't mean to quote you personally, when i read your post the thought came into my mind and i thought it was a good analogy. As being someone who has type 2 diabetes and also diagnosed as bipolar and mildly psychotic i understand very well.......thank god for medication.....I am diet controlled type 2 and also my bout w/depresion is behind me, for the time being........good luck we all need it. And by all means NOT wealthy i work and pay bills like everybody else.
