Ya, no whiplash, dammit!!!! He basically changed lanes into me. He was weirdly co-operative about the whole thing. Like he was sooo drunk that he did not even realize he was gonna be in trouble when the cops got there. Be being an ex-bartender I can handle drunks pretty well, so I just basically said that we had to wait there until the police showed up or they would not know where to find us. He wanted to continue down to his home/work. (4 blocks away) He kept saying he was late for work as a security guard. How on earth could he do his job like that.
Still a relief that you are ok...things happen so quickly these days.
