Trust me when she is asleep I use it, I did leave a different flavor juice in it the other day but she liked it thank goodness. /ranton I paid someone to change my oil today and its amazing how the $19.99 price on the sign outside becomes $82.56 by the time you leave. You need to press it up and to the side. The easiest way is to hold it in your fist and use your little finger to press and slide.
I'm not sure what you are telling us is loose. It should screw in tight to the tube after you put your battery in, but the very bottom of the button, below the ridges, will easily twirl around.........
Here is what happened.. I have tried this coffee & cream mix in my ZAU and as good as it was, that taste lingered for several days, even with several flushes.. The tobacco blend I have was so good this ZAU, I wasn't going to mess with it until I got another Zen~.. I knew as soon as I got a 2nd one, I could start playing with all the other juices I got..
You mean on the inside where the bottom button is, right? Did that and nothing...

also it might need a good cleaning is there black all over the threads and screw
Battery is almost new. And no, no black on threads and screw. When i put battery in, the bottom screws on easily though.

Try tightening the screw in the button.
Sometimes they come loose in shipping.

other than that it should work we need pic's of the bottom cap and everywhere else on the mini to maybe help
