I came, I asked, and I stuck around and was made to feel like one of the cool kids. More people ought to try it. They might see what a good group of people the Zen nation is.

Same here. I guess I think of it as kind of a PIF deal. Like you say, K-Man, come in, stick around. Good things happen. Heck, I came in one day, asked, and the very next day I owned a Mini. Did I get lucky? Yup! Is there something to NLP? Yup. I put a lot of stock in that quantum theory stuff.

A good thing to do for flights, because while the airline guys are familiar with e-cigs, a lot of them have never seen some of the larger high end devices is to take a printout from Zen's page with whatever Zenesis you have. Just the page with the description and price. If they hassle you, you just show them the printout and then it's never a problem.

I did that with some of my GG stuff, they took one look at the page, and away I went.

Thats a good idea. Thanks!

I've had no problems through the US either. I used to pack the Zens and fly with an ego and a stardust on the chance they would confiscate them. But I've had no problems so far, and have even been told in a couple of airports that it was ok to vape indoors. I don't worry about it much anymore. We have rights too.

Yes we do, I was just concerned because its a little different in an airport, they are just trying to do their jobs and not always open to listening or explanations. I think I'll be ok but was just checking.

You asked with style and grace. You didn't barge in and just spit out a random question. We are here to answer everybody's questions....willingly, and happily, but more often than not lately, and only lately, the questions and only some of the ones asking, have been too direct or brutish with their questions, rather than polite and mannered. Almost like we were obligated and expected to answer any question regardless of the manner in which it was asked. Maybe I've just gotten too accustomed to the class in this thread, and wrongly expect others to behave in the same manner?

Oh no! We have to have style and grace to hang out in here? Come on, Ian, we have to find another thread. lol

EDIT: Seriously, K-Man, I agree. I choose whom I answer. I don't answer the rude ones.

That is correct when i joined in, i was made very welcome, and this is a very kind and giving group of people

You're lucky. Murdock told me to eff off and start at page one. He closed by saying "see you in a couple of months". I will be forever grateful to him for that lol. It was something else, to read and see how the Zenesis, and this thread evolved, and I'm happy that I went back and started at the beginning.

I went thru security with a Provari without any problems. I just laid it in the little basket like it belonged there. Was asked what it was and explained it was an electronic cigarette. The guy told me he had never seen one like that and sent me on my way. I believe as long as they fill your not trying to sneak something past them, you are fine.

I have started reading War and Peace, aka the HoH thread from the start. Huge undertaking. It's cool to see how it all came about. I'm about 3200 posts in. You're not on the scene yet, K-Man. I look forward to reading that exchange.

You can be and say whatever you want Russ, cuz the style and grace you possess on the inside cannot be hidden, which is why Zenfidels can pretty much say and do anything and still be loved and accepted....well except for Ian. He's not playing with a full deck. But we love him anyways. :)

I practically puked when I discovered that I missed the Ti's and the BAM by only hours while I was catching up. But like I said earlier, stick around long enough, you'll end up with everything you want. And then you find the same joy helping others achieve the same. The coolest thing about Zen Nation is that everyone comes here for one Zen or another, but most stay for everything but the Zenesis. And then there are those that stay cuz they heard a rumor that we'll be raffling off the Zen that's up Ian's ..... :)

I don't have a lot of faith in checked baggage. I've seen and experienced to much lost or damaged luggage. I would feel far more confident taking my APVs in my carry on luggage.........I could deal with lost or delayed clothing, or anything readily available for replacement, but not my APVs.

Everytime i see your avatar grruss I smile.

I was born in Europe and when I was little my Dad found an injured river otter at the back of the property. We nursed her back to health and she became kind of a pet. She used to stop by everyday and go for a swim in the rain basin. My Dad would feed her fish. She used to strike almost that exact pose when she was trying to get a fish from my Dad.

Good memories.

For the record, I did not drop any bombs. And that post was meant as a joke. Not my fault you took me seriously.
