What "benefit" or "difference" does the different wire make?
I'm still confused on this....
lower gauge = thicker wire = what?
well Ive only had a genny for about a month now and always have had a hard time with shorts because something shifted or moved, either the coil or the wick itself. Whenever Id go to fix the short on a 'seasoned' coil it would just break. It probably doesnt help that it bounces around in my truck with me all day long. But I can for sure say this is true, this coil isnt moving at all without poppin the top and poking at it with something.
I also would assume it being thicker that it is gonna last longer.
As far as taste, I cant comment yet because Im still breaking in the wick I replaced this morning.
Also the Os are much lower than I usually run so Im only running at 3.5v, but I do notice alot more vapor.
I mowed my yard today with it bouncing around in my shirt pocket today and didnt have notta one short.
To me its just more better =)
Opps forgot to add
lower gauge = thicker wire = lower ohms
