we shall see, being as it's the same technology that's used in teh darwin (and I'm far from being impressed with those lol).... it's funny how I see an awful lot of them sold in the classies across the forums and such...many at cost or lower :p of a few that I've asked why they were getting rid of em, teh response was it's a love-hate thing...

What about the darwin you don't like, other than the form factor? They're lower cost because supply finally caught up with demand, they used to go for 125 in the classies. I think the issue most have with them is the setup you run it in. The device needs to have no play or interruption. If you can secure it well, it fires perfectly every time.

You all have got to listen to this. Please Move The Deer Crossing - YouTube. Nothing to do with vaping but it is scary to think there are people out there that think like this person.

the sad part is...the person 'calling in' was playing a joke on the dj's...it wasn't real. YET, there are peeps stupid enough to act in this manner for real :p this is a classic 'dumb blonde' joke lol....

easy...form factor... moveable, very weak and susceptible to failure connector arm (and switch lol), a dial for 'adjustment' which ISNT lockable...you accidentally hit it, it changes a setting...the price for what you get? not worth it in my eyes compared to other variable vv/vw units that are just as good or better....fragile unit compared to a provari...safety features? I won't even go there...... just a tip of the iceburg.. I had the chance a couple of times to check them out before I decided and bought my first provari...and I don't regret my choice, owning 3 atm...

Like many other APV's, carto's or atty's out there, you either love em or you hate em.... I sure don't love em...

no worries bro, I look at it this way...IF it hits like a freight train, like the other 'mechanicals' I have from Mike, then I don't need the added kick anyways...regulation is good, but for me is not needed. I use my mechanical apv's just as much if not more than my provari/zap combo's ;) (and I do love my p'vari's)

Sometimes there is something to the name you are given or cursed with.

Fingerman? Really? He really could be a proctologist!

I used to work with a doctor whose name was - swear to God - Posthumous. Patients in his ED rotation were terrified. :)

You can hold out.
You will be much happier getting what you want than getting something you're willing to settle for.
Now, I haven't actually held a cOBalt, but if it weighs the same as the BAM or MFA, it is incredibly lightweight.
And.... if you have an inner pocket that won't allow it to tip over sideways, I think you'll be very happy with it.

love the cobalt, and i love your blueline, they are definitely very light, the SW is not heavy, but nice and solid feeling. SW is no where near as heavy as the Provari/zap though, ive said this before but you cant really appreciate the sidewinder from pics, you have to hold it in your hand, when I saw it/held it i knew it was something special (that i had to have lol). The option to put a kick in it is just an added plus.

Brian, if you like provaris, I'd definitely suggest giving the kick a shot. I've used them in wood mods since they came out and they make for a really great vape.

agreed, they are good for a 'set it and forget it type pv', my gf has one in her pink sb

thx for asking bro..... it was a tiring day at work, and a nice, quiet, relaxing evening by myself last night

glad you got to enjoy it a little bit

Zen,

You really have a problem with trusting all your snitches. As someone said in "the chats" a minute ago, you need better spies, hopefully some with a sense of humor.

I'm outta here for good.

Regardless of the reason, the way that Mike is doing the upgrade kits is the way any manufacturer of any product would do such a thing. It's not unreasonable to ask for proof of purchase.

In terms of the chat thing....it doesn't really matter, even if you were in the chat and considered what someone typed as a joke and you deemed what someone said as a joke does not make that the truth....and the reason behind Mike's course of action doesn't make his action bad business sense....quite the opposite as no company wants there azz handed to them...believing that everyone is "honest" is just blind.

It WAS real. She was dead serious! They have a follow-up interview with her where she admits she didn't know the signs were to warn PEOPLE. She actually thought the signs were for the DEER - to tell THEM where they were suppose to cross!:lol:

That has got to be one of the dumbest things I have ever witnessed. Holy cow.

mike has em in his site, and there are many other places too...they are cheap....I'd post a couple others, but being this is Mike's thread, and i have a lot of respect for him, i won't....

We also need to keep in mind the Midnight sale and all the shenanigans his competitors were involved in...making the sale almost impossible, thanks to THEM. His competitors are not without fault in this. He's denting their business and they don't like it. He needs to always remember that fact.
