I don't hate snow, but I do hate wet, heavy snow which breaks trees, causing power outages....and horrible driving conditions.

Yeah... Jersey at least.
There's some wind and rain right now, but it's supposed to get worse overnight and tomorrow.
They've closed the schools in our area for Mon and Tue and both the state and the county we're in have declared a state of emergency.

I'm also hoping we keep power.

Getting ready to go outside and setup my generator so all I have to do is start it when the storm starts.
I will have power to all the important things.
Fridge. Check
Dfreezer. Check
Lights. Check
Internet/tv. Check
Full tank of propane for the grill. Check
Plug for Kurieg and battery charger. Check

If you can't tell we loose power at least 2x a year. Got this down to a science.

Dude, you should chain that thing down, around here people were havign their generators stolen last time because the power was out for so long.

I live in a top floor apt, wind might break my windows but at least i wont flood from the bottom up anyway, if the window does break
