I know. Watching the news last night, it looked like NY was burning to the ground. NJ looks like a disaster zone this morning. I feel so bad for everyone suffering right now. Scary stuff and so sad.
Morning peeps. Fired up the generator this morning so I have Internet. And the kids have tv (very important lol).
I do find it ironic that the telephone/cable lines run on the same poles as the electric, I have no power but I have Fios. Something smells fishy to me, and its not the sewage treatment plant that is flooding 2 county's over.

the power went out for a bit, but were good, lots of trees knocked over.

I have fios too, it stays on even when the power goes out
my downstairs neighbor was able to share genny power w/ us for a bit untill our power came back on. Glad everyones ok. sent from a dumb iphone so please excuse errors/mishaps

I really feel for those in the path of that angry woman! It seems like for once, the weather people nailed it.

Yes, I am feeling somewhat better. Not perfect, but better. thanks for asking. Back to my usual dealing with irresponsible employees. I hate being a boss.
btw, dont know if you saw, but booked my VB hotel. This time I am in for the long haul and I am staying at the hilton, so drinking will be involved.

Checking in - no power outages just a little light-dimming last night during the high winds. Not too much rain. Lots of little branches and leaves but no major damage for us, but had 2 detours on the way to work this morning. Got to come home early today because the airport and our plant were both shut down last night, so no incoming mail this morning. Tomorrow is sure to be hell though.

Doubt anyone was worried about lil' old me! But I am alive and well, heat is on, lights are on. Time to get out of the damn house. I'm ging to get some seafood for lunch. Amen for fried oysters and seared tuna...and scotch.
