Having been fortunate enough to grow up when the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area was still considered the vacation area of the country I was able to see virtually every major entertainer in live shows.
Without question, Tony Orlando was the hardest working stage entertainer. He ran the longest shows and by the time he got to the finale he was so sweat soaked and exhausted that he could barely remain standing. Certainly not the best singer I've ever seen but just as certainly the hardest working and one of the best entertainers.
