Make a point to vape instead of smoking.
Allow your self those "important smokes"
Find a flavor you can enjoy, or two, or ten.
One day you will wake up to have that morning smoke and figure out halfway through that it tastes like @#$% and you will be back inside vaping what ever flavor you are enjoying.
At that point you are done.
I used ecigs for a few years in situations where I could not smoke or chew tobacco. It was a great way to stealth the cravings away. When I finally made the decision to switch 100% it took me a few weeks using the method above. It worked for me, it may or may not work for you.
1 year and 2 days off of tobacco. I can say that if I refrain from vaping I have an urge to vape. I do not have an urge to smoke or chew anymore.
