Maybe this has been asked on the old thread but I didn't see it, so, I will start.

I found the Volt and Smokeless Image by reading ECF and listening to You Tube...special thanks to Steel Jan.

Next up.....

I was on the ECF newbie thread, and someone suggested it, so I tried it. People suggested a lot of different e-cigs, but after reading about it, this one sounded most like what i was looking for.

I went OCD reading up on regulated batts and horizontal coil cartos - they were the new hot thing. Back then, there were only 3-4 companies that had them, and just went with the best one. :)

Had to wait a couple of months though, for SI to come out with all the cool new stuff. When I first found them, all they had was the black automatic shorty and the slider PCC, and I like 78mm manuals. My first two batts were the Sky Blue and Yella (still my favorite to this day).

I was vaping on 3 different mod's and my most loved 2ohm atty by a specific vendor ran outta stock and didnt come back..... :( i had an aching to go back to a m401 super mini ecig just for fun & size but wasnt looking forward to using carts again. I had 510's/ T/ dual/ & tanks and 3ego's laying around and was over the mess & fiddyling. I found steel jan's video and thevapebabe's volt photo's on facebook. So I gave this new company a chance to change my hate for carto's in general & boy did it ever. Also that week that i found the SI thread i had just come out of surgery for two teeth extractions under local anesthetic and it helped keep my spirits high and in a fun place. That is why i keep the SI family in a special place close to me. :)

Twilight Zone
I was surfing on ECF last July puffing away on my Riva with a tank system thinking darn, another $12 atty getting tight on the draw again third one this month. I kept seeing "Official something something something" on the daily posts so I clicked on it out of curiosity and started reading. The thread wasn't that long at the time so I read through and watched the videos, and the people using them contrandicting everything I had been told in the newcommers thread about cig size batteries. In addition to several devices of the Ego type and a couple of mods, I had a Joye 510 and really liked the size but the 150mah batteries and the combination of atty-cart were a major pain to use all day. The vendor I was using was second to none in prompt shipping and outstanding CS, selling nothing but the best quality products, but a pain to use. Went to the SI site and pulled the trigger on a basic kit just to see. Next week I ordered a bigger kit for my wife and an extra battery for me. Week after that I made sure I had enough of everything to last for a while. They were having a big sale like about 23% so I saved a lot of money with my initial purchases. Compared to what I spent per month smoking I was already saving a bundle. Compared to what I was spending a month in atties, tanks and other supplies I was saving another big bundle. But the main thing was the quality and simplicity of my vaping had increased greatly. I've noticed the newcomers forum is still quick to try to steer newbies to the larger batteries and ignoring their needs for a cig size but there are more advocates for the KR808 D-1 posting. Wish someone had done me a favor like that.

At First - Through Pure Unalduterated Reseach for the Easiest and Best Way to Cut Back on "My" Addiction and Habit . . . (especially after I got nothing from the first "eCig" I was sent by a friend, because of a problem I was having at the time)

2nd - Found What I Wanted - Contiuning Research for What Else I Needed/Wanted . . .

3rd - Then Continued Search For a Bargin and/or Deal . . .

4th - RESEACH - More Research - and then even MORE Research again . . . all leading back to The "Volt" (An Excellant Product at a Reasonable Cost, and even better when there is great sale and for someone on a very limited budget that is a MUST HAVE :) ) . . . :D

Although - I did start with others (2 different brands - 1st mail order house - 2nd another vendor here at ECF and both of these purchased by friends who were trying to help me) and I became so overwhelmed with all the information out there . . . I just couldn't decide until someone went ahead and decided for "Me", being totally dissatisfied with that - I looked for something else instead of giving up - that lead me to another vender whose website lead me here to ECF . . . Thankfully - only to learn even more information . . . AND - All of this finally lead "Me" to Somkeless Image the "Volt" and the Original Smokeless Image thread . . . YAY ! ! ! ! :D

I found Volt about 5 weeks ago? Not entirely sure now, I did listen to all the squakers about EGO's and 510's and the atties and tanks and carts and XL cartomizers and my drawer was full of dud cartomizers, leaky tanks, dud atomizers and I really wanted to find something simple and small, its all I wanted from the start! I would take one ego around with me for 2 days trying to end the battery before another charge, the juice never tasted quite right especially after sitting on same battery for 2 days, I was frustrated and over it. When I had gone back to the 510 megas I knew the comments about the volts had to be something I needed as I was already using a smaller battery. After I ordered and sat down to wait out my 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive frustrated with my 510's a very kind and sweet Volturion sent me some of her spares for me to try while I waited for my supplies. When I got to test those beauties out I was so very HAPPY to have found not only did they live up to the reputation but they surpassed my hopes. Thank you to everyone here at SI for pointing me in the direction and even supporting me while I waited for my own first kit to arrive. I wont be going elsewhere :) That is why my signature says Ego's and 510's are over rated lol.

I had been vaping for almost a year (along with SOME smoking). I had 510's, a "pipe bomb" that I'd won in an ECF contest, and my eGo's. I won a Smokeless Image contest and won a basic starter kit. It arrived. I decided to try it before PIF'ing the kit. OMG! I would never turn back after trying the VOLT! It was what I had been searching for!!!

I was using a similar ecig from another company. Excuses and poor customer service were about the only things they could keep in stock. I found SI while looking for alternatives and couldn't be happier with them.

Lots of us got fed up with them, and one of them entered an SI contest and won. Convinced me to come check them out. I loitered for a few weeks until the new & improved version of the cartos & juice were in stock, then placed my first order. And never left. Now I'm a permanent house guest. :)
