How do you change the Top Cap on a VVPV?

Does it twist off? Do I loosen the screw on the top?????????????????

Loosen the top screw just a bit Cd. You should also see a little hole in the side of the top cap, it's there for you to stick something like a screw driver in to use as leverage to get the cap started un screwing because they are on there pretty tight. Be gently not to break the red wire that is attached under the top cap.
