Just curious what's you're inhale technique... Straight pull to lungs or pull in mouth then inhale? Mine is the later...

When I first started I did direct lung inhale (like I smoked my cigarettes) it burned my throat and I hated this new "vaping" thing. I finally learned that doing a long slow inhale into the mouth and then the lungs works a lot better.
Depends. Sometimes I like a good long lung hit. With some flavors (root beer for example) I get more flavor from a lung hit. For normal vaping I just inhale into my mouth, wait a few seconds, and then take it into my lungs.
A good long lung hit off an RBA in the morning really gets me jumpstarted. I can really feel the nic (even at 6mg).

I inhale into my mouth, then into my lungs, the same way I always did with cigarettes. I've smoked for over 40 years and never imagined anyone inhaling any other way until I read about it here. No one I've asked has ever smoked by doing a direct lung inhale.
lol...the juice can make a big difference. I don't recommend this with anything cinnammon.
Usually, I draw into my mouth then inhale. Sometimes, I mouth draw, then slowly push the vapor out my mouth and inhale it through my nose. Occasionally, a straight lung hit.
I usually involuntarily contract the muscle that pulls down the diaphragm below my lungs and atmospheric pressure pushes air in there. I thought that's how everyone inhaled.

A straight lung draw is a waste of juice. The particulate of the vapor is 10x larger than the particulate of smoke (10 micron for vapor vs 1 micron for smoke). As such nicotine absorption through the lungs is much less efficient than smoking, however, using the mucus membranes of the mouth, throat and nasal cavity is much more efficient.

I wanted to ask the exact same thing
but now that you allready did ill just answer i do the second option when i do direct lung hits i never know how mutch i inhaled and sometimes i get a monster throat hit that is not nice 
I was the same way...I didn't realize either. Then I found out my parents inhale directly into their lungs when I got them to try vaping. It choked both of them. I showed my mother the other way and it must be a hard habit to break cause she didn't try to vape for long. My father wouldn't even attempt it again after the first time.
Yep - that's how I smoked, although many smokers apparently do inhale direct to the lungs. For sure, most vapers do a mouth inhale first - although it might take them a couple of days to work that out, if they are isolated from advice. A direct lung inhale with an ecig causes most newbs to choke and cough (even when they are heavy smokers). It's how they rig bent research trials that try and show ecig use is 'damaging to the lungs' - they get newbs and don't tell them how to use an ecig, so they choke up, then their 'reduced lung efficiency' spirometry results can be shown as a demonstration of how dangerous ecigs are
Mind you I was told by a researcher in Italy that vapers there tend to use a direct lung inhale, so maybe people there have got asbestos lungs or something.
it depends if its a tight draw and a harsh juice. I draw into mouth and then inhale. If its really airy draw (protank) I take it straight to the lungs. I just started doing this and can only handle it with juices that arnt harsh TH's
Yeah I'm the same way. Just too much of a VAMMO if I go directly to my lungs.
I so it the same way I did my Marlboros. Into the mouth and then inhale...could never quite master a direct lung hit without a hell of coughing and spluttering and eye watering.
Ditto, I inhale just like with a cig. The long draw is the only difference for me... ;-)~
