Inhale?

It's funny how my wife tries my PV and coughs her head off, but doesn't when she smokes a cigarette. I've tried different juices for her and different delivery systems. The carto tanks seem to be better for her.

I draw into my mouth and then inhale. Frequently, I'll blow a little out my nose, then inhale. I get more absorption and satisfaction from exhaling through the nose or french inhaling.

See i never inhaled my analog directly into my lungs I always inhaled to my mouth then lungs. I do the same with my PV. Mouth for 1 sec blow out while coils heating then a 4-5 sec draw to mouth then inhale

Ditto. I'm astounded that this topic comes up over and over. I have never met anyone that smokes cigs by pulling directly into the lungs.

Second-dittoed. I think I'm not overstating when I say I've known 100 smokers, and seen 1000's of smokers, and only 2 of them did I notice doing the straight-down-pull.
The normal way of smoking is definitely to "vacuum" it into the mouth, remove the cig from lips, and then inhale. Just watch smokers all over, and in movies too.
The straight-down is to harsh for 99% of ppl I would think.

I inhale a little, toot some out through my nose then inhale some more. While in my mouth I take it into my lungs and then exhale. I get lots of taste and vapor. Like how Grimmgreen does it.

I was astounded to learn that people smoke cigs like that as I've always drawn into my mouth and then inhaled.

And I was just as astounded to find out there were people that did not directly inhale cigarette smoke.
In 27 years it never once occurred to me that there would be any other way to smoke.

Sorry for bringing up old thread but WOW , i never thinked that someone smokes first to mouth and then to lungs. I even dont know any person like that (i just questioned my wife and some of my friends who smoke - all inhale directly into lungs).
I even dont see the point for that because you will not get enough smoke then (nomatter are we talking about analogs or vaping).

I usualy take 5-10second long slow inhales directly to lungs.
OK you can allmost get enough smoke when inhaling into mouth and then into lings with analog cig's but no-way enough smoke when vaping ...

Ofcourse i understand that if lets say 70/30 36mg juice is used and vaped 8+ watts then direct inhale maybe is too "hard" and i havent tried it myself yet...

I draw the vapor into the mouth and then inhale...and almost always exhale through the nose; seems like you taste the juice better with that exhale and I read on this forum that absorption of nic is better that way.

I exhale out of my nose too,my wife hates it lol!

While vaping I do both a direct inhale then towards the end of my draw pull into my mouth then inhale. Exhale is also a mix, some smoke rings and mouth/nose. When smoking cigs it was always mouth to lungs.

I usually hold it in my mouth then inhale. Seem to get a better throat hit that way. I mix it on the exhale, sometimes out my nose, sometimes my mouth, and sometimes both.

I inhale up my nose,blow some rings,finish off blowing tru my nose.

For me it depends on the temperature of the vape and the temperature outside. If it is cool outside and my vape is hot I will pull it into the mouth to cool it down a little then take it in but if I am in a building and it's warm or hot I draw it straight into the lungs like a cigarette.

I like to relate vaping to smoking a fine Cigar...you pull it in to your mouth first, long and slow. Enjoy the flavor, then to the lungs...if you can exhale through the nose. The mucus membranes are thin at the nose wall and you will tend to absorb nic. faster this way.
Either way Slow to go and enjoy the flavor is the way to go, trust me you can have an almost euphoric experience this way...m'mmm yummy.

Lips to lungs most of the time. Same way I smoked. I also like airier draws though that allow me to do that easily.

Sometimes when cartos are getting stiff or I'm using a stiffer atty, I'll do mouth to lungs.. feels strange to me though.
