I find when I am doing lower nic liquid, I vape as much as I possibly can! But, I recently got a bunch of high nic I planned to dilute. I haven't diluted it yet, though-- I'm just using it straight (36 mg). But, when I use this, I vape much much less. I actually put it down for a while at a time.
I think that's my current problem. I'm working through a sample pack from JC and I have no idea what strength I ordered. Seems pretty weak, but maybe my tolerence is built up. I don't know... Don't really care at this point, I'm just enjoying the hell out of everything

I find I am probably taking less nic but more often, ie a few quick drags (less than it would take me to smoke a rollie) but more frequently during the day, especially in the evening. Plus it's very easy to have a quick vape snack when previously I wouldn't have bothered rolling and smoking, between shops or when I've just folded pocket sevens for example.
It probably evens out, but even if I am taking in a bit more nicotine, I don't really care. I don't feel ill (if I did I'd stop) and besides, I've been cultivating and maintaining my nicotine addiction for twenty years and I like it. I suppose that if I didn't I'd have given up long ago.
I feel better than I did two weeks ago, I enjoy my vape and it's (relatively) harmless so I'm not stressing over it.

I use 24mg right now and I take 5 or 6 puffs put it down for a little bit do a few more put it down.... I plan on cutting it down or buying a lower nic level and keeping the same habit, try to bring it back down to more of an actual cigarette habit, vape for about 5 minutes and then not again for an hour or so then vape again. I don't want to be vaping like a fiend, no offense to anyone, I just don't want to get like that. At work I only take about 5 puffs per break and I only get breaks every 2.5 hours, and I don't vape inside, don't have the time to. Don't need to start feeling like I need to every 5 minutes at work, and sure don't want to be doing that at home, I don't want to completely depend on it. Although since it's new I do find myself doing it a lot, it's hard not to.

I used to smoke the most when I was on the run. Waiting for the bus, going from bus-station to subway, and subway to work, etc. So during that time I use relatively low-nic cartridge for my 801.

Once I get to work or home - I stick my USB pass through for 4081, and strictly drip only with 18mg - just rough counting of 2-3 drips being 1 cig. After 10-15 puffs, I sometimes feel like having little more, so I usually add another couple drops of low-nic of my choice, and I'm good to go for another hour or two.

I also kept my habbit of going outside for vaping (or to my personal vaping room in the back) - and also doing so, along with dripping, I can pace myself. When I was using topped off carts / refills - I was just having too much. I used to finish 1 mini cart in one sitting. Now only dripping, I can consciously control my nic level, which is good thing.

I really need your advice guys! I smoke about 2-5 analogs a day and I have never really gone above that in the 3 yrs that I have been smoking... Regardless of the small number of ciggies, I really wanna quit the harsh carcinogens and get myself an e-cig but the thing that worries me most is developing a nicotine addiction that was never previously active.

Currently, I rarely ever get any cravings at all. I usually just crave cigs if I have been drinking quite a bit, otherwise I am more addicted to the process of smoking rather than the smoke itself.

I just wanted to know, what type of e-liquid I should get? With the 5 analogs a day (max) I would get about 5-6 mg of nicotine, and I really dont want to go above that with the e-cig.

I want to purchase a PeeWee from Puresmoker.com and get the 4 mg Apple E-Liquid with it... that means that per every 1 ml of juice, im getting 4 mg of nicotine right? How many analogs does 1 ml equate to.. in other words, how many ml per cart fill up on something like the PeeWee?

I really, really want to be careful about this before buying something. I dont want to trade a little addiction for something that might get out of hand! Also, do lower mg juices tend to have much less vapor content or throat hit? I plan on buying 0mg nic juice along with my 4 mg so that if I do crave the "process of smoking" I can just smoke non-addictive juice.

Please, anyone's feedback is much appreciated! Thanks everyone

I think there's no exact measure, but I advise reading up this thread. If I were you though - I'll probably stick to low and 0s. Vape 0s all the time, and drip low (4-6mg/ml) when you get a nic craving.

As per myself, I feel like I'm constantly OD'ing myself, because of "throat hit" issue - but I don't get too much of throat hit anything under 14mg. I'm planning moving down to 0mg or 4-6mg for casual vaping, and using med to high nic juices for craves. (I used to be 1/2 to 3/4 ppd)

I smoke unfiltered analogs, and have been working on switching completely to vaping. I don't usually smoke analogs on my days off, but during work I still have that smoke break! Oh well. Hopefully I will figure out to take my e-smoke outside and pretend it's a real cigarette soon! The funny thing is, I have never smoked more than 6 cigarettes a day, but the only nic content that really does it for me is the 24! I can puff the 11 all day with no headaches or illness. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have to agree....Use Zero juice as your primary and if you get a nic craving...drip a drop or two of low or extra low (I know someone carries a 4mg strength but I don't remember who or if they carry apple.) Sorry. I'll edit if I can find more info.

In step with people asking about pacing one's intake, first of all, I need a knowledgable person to tell me how the mixes are made: say at 24mg liquid, exactly how much liquid is mixed with 24mg nicotine????????? Have asked everyone who sells the liquid, and have not gotten a straight answer yet. I don't want to make it, I want to know is there is 24mg in my 30ml of liquid, or is it 24mg per ml (a teaspoon)?? If that's the case I'm going to drop over any minute. If their batch size is 1 liter, then is 24mg added to that?
Please help, this is very confusing and should not be, should be FULL DISCLOSURE OF INGREDIENT MEASUREMENTS
I seem to not be able to stop, except for time out to refill. Scary

It supposed to be xxMG of nicotine to each mililiter of liquid.

So if you're using 24mg juice and consuming a full ML per day, you are getting approximately 24mg of Nicotine. I say approximately because if I recall from another thread, your lungs to not absorb 100% of the nicotine.

Also a teaspoon is = to 3.55 ml
1 ml =.28 of a teaspoon (1/4 tsp)

Just to clarify;)

THANKS, now I have to just see what I am using per day, I measured 70 drops per teaspoon. So 24mg of nicotine divided by 17.5 drops in a ml, if I fill my largest atomizer 5 times in a day at 10 drops each, I am consuming approx. 68mg of nicotine. Good grief, my tobacco cigarettes had .09mg nicotine per cigarette (by the info I could find), I am now smoking the equivalent of 755 cigarettes. Come on, this cannot be, I would be dead already. You see why it is so important for people to know what is happening, we have to know how the chemists are mixing the liquid. Maybe this is why the FDA is so excited about the e-cig craze. Can we get more info, PLEASE???
Thanks for your help
