How do you wrap your AGA-T coil from ground, around wick, to post?

I've settled on going clockwise around the neg screw, counterclockwise around the wick, then clockwise around the post. Wondering if this is the best way to do it. Anyone do anything different? Why? My wick is to the right of the ground screw.

Edit: forgot to add that currently I am wrapping the wire around the center post twice. Anything wrong with that?

if it works for you then nope. you will find the same atty set up 20 different ways by 20 different people and they all work fine, geni's are wierd that way.. if it vapes go for it lol.

only thing is IF you had issues with a hot top leg; you could then try counter clockwise at the top screw to avoid pulling the wire when you tighten nuts. The rest would follow in whatever way you like.

Ya what they said, also you could add small washers to your top cap to minimize the distance... And not sure how you oxidize your mesh but i use to pre oxidize.. Which was a big hassle now i just pulse and comes out perfect everytime..

Whatever works. There is no right way. Personally, I connect to the negative screw clockwise. I wrap the coil clockwise, for no particular reason; it's just more comfortable for me. I connect to the top post counter clockwise.

How does everyone wrap the pos with ceramics? Tightening the pos nuts are the only way my ceramic wicks break. Should look into a spring set-up?
