I've had my avocado for about 3 weeks so far and really enjoy it. Have a single clapton 4 wrap at .4 ohms 40 watts and it's fantastic. I'm a huge flavor chaser and don't really care about the clouds. What are your thoughts about the flavor of the griffin compared to the avocado? I'm okay doing dual coil setups considering most of the other rta's are dual.

Good question .... They're both excellent!
I've got the best flavor on the avocado with the wicks going all the way to the bottom of the tank. Shorter wicks just didn't absorb enough, wasn't dry hits, but nowhere as 'juicy' as a full wick. Dual coils on the avocado just weren't worth it imho.... Very little tank room left with twice the wicking, more power needed, a hotter vape, more juice consumption, and not very much more flavor. Little, not much though to offset the disadvantages.

The Griffin has excellent taste, but it's slightly different, a lot has to do with increased chimney size I believe that's a no factor with the avocado. I can pick up some delicate juice notes that I can't with the avocado.

They're both excellent for taste, its a hard decision, but the avocado may have a slight advantage - just a little bit 'jucier'. But my avocado is getting lonely since I got the Griffin. Not because of flavor .... Only because the avocado needs constant filling, and inherent leaks when tipped with genesis style.

Thank you so much!!! I'm going to go buy the griffin and I just ordered the top airflow part for it as well. Probably just throw some dual claptons and call it a day. Thanks!!!
