I am in South Korea. vaping is treated same as cigarette. We can have and use vaping devices. We can sell or buy them on online shops but we cannot sell nicotine fluid on online shops.
We have 2tier system(Nic and NicFree).
You can buy nic freely but need some papers to sell it(This means you can not find legal sellers) However, nic in solid forms can be sold freely. Many uses solid nic to disolve to PG.

You need to vape only in smoking-zone. You need to prove your fluid is nic-free if you are caught vaping in no-smoking-zone. This will take weeks or just pay fine.

Most indoor and a few open place are no-smoking, just step 10m off doors, to vape. Or look where smoke arises.
Thank you for sharing Korean environment.

I have never seen solid formed nic, so I have no idea what it looks like. When you dissolve to PG, how do you know the strength of the nic in 1ml of juice?

When you pay fine, is the police involved? In Japan, police has nothing to do with ticketing for smoking, it is local government staff.

My colleague thought I used drug when they saw my e-cig at the first time. :w00t:
Now it is better, they thought I used Shisha.
Vaping is still not popular in my country. The crowd will look like this  when they saw my vapor.
So in Vietnam, there are no regulations or restrictions what so ever? Where do you buy your vape gear and juice?

I live in Nara Japan, the suburbs of Osaka. I spoke with a senior citizen that was vaping 0 nic. Said he vapes to cut down from smoking ciggies same as me but I'm still on 3mg.
There is 1 dedicated vape shop in Nara. They can order whatever you need at a 3 time markup! I, like the OP order from the states or Fasttech.
Vape shops in Japan are so expensive, aren't they? Same here, I use states or Fasttech.:)

The fine in Korea is for negligence by local government just like in Japan. Police has no right to control these matters. We are more afraid of aged ladies. They'll chew you up on sight.
Solid nice is sold and named "Nico More". It dissolves like instant coffee into PG. And you get 8mg/ml strength when 1 unit dissolved to 30ml PG.

Yes, crazy expensive!!! istick Pico- $100/10,000 yen, 30ml 0nic-$30/3000 yen.
I have not been able to find VG. I have asked around and gone to drugstores. They always say it's for body lotions or make-up. Have you had any luck finding it? I'm using Puff organic cotton 120 sheets 6x8cm $7/700 yen. That's the only thing that I've found reasonable here.

"Nicole More", I couldn't find on Google by that name.:D It must be Korean only thing.

Sounds like our environments are almost the same. The only difference is how you buy your nic. You are not allowed net purchase, we are not allowed brick and mortar.

I normally buy three packs of 250g VG from Amazon.jp. So altogether 750g for about $15. It only takes a couple of days to deliver so easy. It is called "Fantasy VG".
I also use Puff.;)

Canada/Quebec
I'm in the province of Quebec (yes i speak french lolz)
I've heard we have THE worst laws in canada, we're considered smokers and have to vape 9m away from any doors windows that leads to public spaces which personally i don't really mind (i mean i'd hate seing vapor everywhere inside and do not mind that bit) but now they're talking about banning flavors and keeping only tobacco flavors and even more stuff they want to ban which i can't remember at the moment.

We can't import from anywhere either only canada so no cheaper prices for me -.-
+ no dyi my own juices as we can't buy the ingredients here (chemicals aren't allowed) which again don't really mind since i rather encourage local vape shops and juice makers tbh.

banned from sale and purchase. Though you are legally allowed to buy if from over seas and get it sent here as long as its under 3 months supply worth. I'd even reckon if i got seen vaping by a cop i'd probably get it taken from me
What do they consider a 3 month supply?

according to vape shops i get from it remains unclear. i think only the buyer can get in troble getting over 3 months supply of e-juice though. oh forgot to say if it contains no nicotine its fully allowed, but with nicotine there are rules and regulations

I live in Hồ Chí Minh city, there are some shops and dealers in the city but there are not much choice, you can only buy what they have, not what you want. The devices and juices are still expensive, especially juices. Some dealers can ship the device that you want from ebay or amazon, etc...but maybe you must pay more cash, it is not a bargain.
After a long time using e-cig, I realize that the most important gear that I need is juice, not the mod nor the atomiser, right now I am satisfied with my old IPV D3 and Serpent RDTA :). Maybe I will spend some more to get a device which have TC for stainless steel :p.

I am sorry it is "NICO MORE"(니코모어). My stupid android put nico to nicole. The seller's web is
y10cig.com
This is Korean online shop and I am not sure if it's open to foreigners. It requires Adult Proof and Log In. I attached part of seller's page capture.

I use 100% RAYON DRY TISSUE for babies(babies put everything in their mouths). it's cheap. Liquid moves faster than cotton in it. We use FOOD GRADE PG and VG same as they use in cookie shops.

I stepped in Thailand and found vaping is banned there. I was shocked as hell. I really did not want to break law of any nation, but I could not help. NIC is not something I can handle.
I really wanted a perfume sprayer that time but I could not get one. Finally, I put day's juice into a 500ml water bottle and started sipping. DXXX. Do not drink, just sip, very little, one by one. You vape 1 day juice in and you exhale 90% out instantly. You have to drink 1 day juice for 10~20 days, because you don't exhale a drop.
I really missed a mist-spray.

Thank you:thumbs: Next thing I need it some nic.
Never tried rayon is it similar to cellucotton?
Maybe since vaping isn't so popular in Japan it's not a major issue with the government,
so there aren't any crazy rules/laws yet......

Cellucotton is a brand. Some are cotton, some are rayon. Some polyethylene. Rayon looks just like cotton. You may have used many kinds of rayon products, only without recognition. Most vaper use cotton wick only because you can get most easily. Cotton is everywhere around you. However, rayon beats cotton with saturation. Rayon absorbs 5 times more of liquid than cottons. So liquid moves faster on rayon than cotton. Less chance of dry hit.
The dry rayon tissue is easy to control how much to cut for rebuild. You also have cotton dry tissue available but physical property of rayon is better.

Very interesting how people vary between counties the way they treat vaping. I was thinking Canada would be generous about vaping. It is just a image of Canada for me. Don't ask me why.:D

Keeping only tobacco flavors and banning other flavors are the most interest me.

Yeah out government sucks big time for that, even their bans are conflicting since some say it's the packaging they want to ban and not flavors. Rest of canada is probably less harsh mostly quebec that has ridiculous laws on vaping. Our dear government even went as far as to fake researches on vaping so they could ban it (ie : using a mech mod and push it way beyond what normal people would use it for, then say it has chemicals that are cancerous). Most annoying thing to me at the moment is the fact vape shops can't sell online so no price comparisons and we can't try the stuff in the shops since it's illegal to vape inside (just like smoking is)
