banned from sale and purchase. Though you are legally allowed to buy if from over seas and get it sent here as long as its under 3 months supply worth. I'd even reckon if i got seen vaping by a cop i'd probably get it taken from me
Legally allowed to buy from overseas but you have to hide it from cop? That is another interesting situation.:) I thought someone said that you have vape shops in Australia.

I am sorry it is "NICO MORE"(니코모어). My stupid android put nico to nicole. The seller's web is
y10cig.com
This is Korean online shop and I am not sure if it's open to foreigners. It requires Adult Proof and Log In. I attached part of seller's page capture.
Thank you for the links. That is okay. I just wanted to see the picture how it looked. I will probably stick to the liquid form of nic from USA.:)

I'm in quebec and i do get alot of weird looks when i go out (you don't see many vapers compared to other places in my city) Though there's been a lot of controversies here with fake research and the fact were considered as smokers...... Let's just say people aren't very happy seing me blowing clouds outside xD i find it hilarious

Plus there's always someone that eventually comes to me and ask about vaping. I answer as much as i can and reffer them to my fav vape shop.

I'm from Indonesia, either vape or smoke still the same in the eye of public, but vape dont have any regulation, its not legal yet not forbidden, its a free life.. :p
Last October, I went to Indonesia on business trip. My itinerary was like this.
Tokyo -> Kuala Lumpur -> Jakarta -> Kuala Lumpur -> Dubai -> Kuala Lumpur -> Tokyo

My three sets of vape gear, including my favorite mod, were
confiscated at the airport of Kuala Lumpur. So I did not have anything with me to vape in Indonesia.:( I knew I would go back to Singapore so I couldn't buy a gear in Indonesia. I chose to stay on the safe side to smoke for 2 weeks again...:D

After I came back, I heard that it is illegal in Dubai and the fine for vaping is VERY HIGH. Maybe I was lucky to be confiscated at the beginning of my trip.... or I am trying to think like that.:)

This is one reason why I started this thread to let us all know the idea of how dangerous to bring vape gears to other country without any prior knowledge. So I was hoping to gather some information of locals in their country and of cause how they think about it within that countries.

I am hoping to create a list of these information somewhere on the net or here for vapers who are planing to go abroad.

I feel the same way. Since I smoked nearly 40 years and I have a lot of smoking friends, I am not against smokers. To be branded as smokers is different from what I expect.

But in the future, there might be only vapers and non-vapers... could be the same situation?:D

Unfortunately it's how we're treated here =/
I really don't mind the fact we have to vape outside (specially with sub 0hm setups) in fact i support that law with no problems, but telling me i'm a smoker when i'm actually outputting vapor ? Yeah our dear prime minister is a plain idiot controlled by the tobaco industry just like most other government (big tobaco funds alot of the reasearch going on so no wonder).

Illegal in Thailand but there is an active black market. Vaping in public will get you arrested and fined thousands of dollars (in local currency). Technically you could serve a five year jail term for vaping here although I have not heard of that being enforced for users only resellers. Some do vape in public here but it is very risky. I only vape in my home.
Some guy from Switzerland just got arrested for Vaping and "dealing" since he was carrying vape gear (for his own personal use). I was there last year, and no problems. I'll be back in October so we'll see if there's a change in attitude.

By the way, maybe someone has already mentioned this but I went to Singapore last October with my vape gear in my hand carry luggage, they were all confiscated at the airport. I had to buy cigarettes from that point till I got back to Japan. I really regretted I brought my favorite mod with me that time.
Did they give it back to you when you left the country?

I actually don't know much about the environment in China even though I buy most of the vape gear from them. Would you let us know?

More and more people are vaping here now. Just a year ago you rarely see anyone vaping because cigs are so cheap. Buying hardware is much easier in the USA. Prices are about the same oddly enough. However I do go to Shengzhen where it ALL comes from and buy direct from the factory. Very cheap!

I DIY my juice and get supreme quality PG,VG and nic from labs here. Prices are VERY good. However I still get my flavors from FA as I do not trust any from China.

Vapeing here is totally open and you can vape anywhere. No rules. Up until a few months ago, they even allow vapeing on airplanes. Now that is prohibited.

We have many vapers here in Greece, and we've personally had no trouble carrying our vape stuff in and out of the country, or heard of problems like that. In the recent past (Greece to US trip), along with a couple of mods and a couple of atties, I carried only sealed retail e liquid, just in case an unsealed bottle or diy bottle would cause trouble (I was more worried about the US end of the trip than the European leg), but when my husband recently went to Turkey as part of a job, we packed a couple of diy bottles for him, and nobody cared on either side. I can't promise that this is always dependable, especially on the Turkey side (which I'm less familiar with), but that was his recent experience in the last couple of weeks.

I wouldn't take my favorite / expensive gear anywhere, though, really, because it's too unpredictable from place to place. I can pretty much vouch that Greek airport customs isn't going to care about your vaping stuff (as long as it's "personal use" amounts of items, at least), but other points of contact on an itinerary could be a different story. Once here, you can just ask if vaping is allowed wherever you are (taverna / club / restaurant) or just see if other people are vaping or smoking, and we have so many outside cafes (or outside sections of restaurants, etc) where smoking or vaping is not a problem, that it's not a big issue.

It's illegal to sell or buy in Turkey but you can freely vape anywhere you want, except non-smoking areas, once you have it.

Korea does not punish buyer yet. We divide vaping in 2 kinds, NIC or NIC FREE. So, vaping hardwares are not subject to any regulation here. You may walk with in hand in open places anytime. Possession, purchase or distribution is open to all.
With same reason Nic-free juices are open to all.
Only when Nic is added to juice or Nic is nic itself(a pure nic), it is subject to law of tobacco distribution. they need special pepers to sell(not to buy, you may buy as long as you are 19 of age or older) If you are 17 and someone sell NIC to you, he/she will be punished.
Today's problem is it became very hard to get pure nic since Jan 1 this year. Government insisted we need to "legalize vaping for national health". So they did it, blocked buying nics asking for tons of papers and "IQOS" appeared on market.
If your gov tries to make some action, please notice they do it for their money instead for your satisfaction.
