How long after you started vaping did you find "THE" flavor?

I've been vaping for a couple of months now, and have ordered several sample packs from several different companies. Some liquids I liked very much right off the bat, then got sick of. Others I initially didn't like, then they grew on me a little, but I'm still not crazy about them. How long did it take YOU to find a juice that you've basically been vaping ever since, whether regularly, or just on-and-off? Like, when did you find your "go-to" vape?

I'm like a good 4 months in. I've sampled juices from multiple B&M stores. I've purchased about 50 flavors from online retailers. Still haven't found it.
I vaped a local vendors Mtn Dew exclusively for almost 2 months but as soon as I upgraded from eRoll to eVods, I couldn't stand the taste anymore.

I've yet to have a flavor 'WOW' me on the first vape, it always seems to be an acquired taste with eliquids. It seems to take a day of vaping to decide if either the flavor is growing on me or I don't like it.

Within the first few weeks I ordered from the Vendors that would give me what I needed to stay satisfied and stay off cigarettes.

I went to this forum, asked questions and received recommendations. The ones I thought I would like best are still in the running, but didn't take the top seat. And there are many other vendors I would love to try, but I am on a limited budget. But I have 3 Grade A+ vendors right away, and I am grateful.

Nothing wasted. All is well.

It took me a month of nasty flavored liquids to find unflavored nic base.

I run it at 24mg strength in 30%pg / 70%vg. It's all I've used for nearly a year now and don't even have the curiosity to try any "flavors".

My experience with flavored juices is that they all have a potpourri / perfumy undertone and all of them make this ex-smoker wanna hurl.

Not to mention that unflavored nic base is basically free ($45 per LITER). But it don't matter. I'd pay that much for 60ml if I had to :)

I am on the same boat as you're except it took me 3 and a half years to finally stop searching and just use the flavorless nic at 12 mg - no muss no fuss.

If I may ask, where are you getting unflavored nic base for $45 per liter?

Unlike smoking, vaping is more like eating to me. Can't eat the same thing every day. I do have my favorite vapes and then others that work when I'm in the mood. I doubt I'll ever like a flavor so much that I'll vape it exclusively for more than one day in a row. I have 7-8 that I really like and a nice rotation seems to work for me while mixing in some unusual suspects to keep it entertaining.
