I have lots of batteries. Unfortunately, most of them are 2 to 3 years old and rapidly losing their ability to charge anymore. However, they are mostly old non-VV 510s/eGos and the old-style lithium ion batteries (not IMR). So, I'll be pretty happy to be rid of them once they die.
I just can't stand to waste stuff though. So, I'll try to use them as long as they work.
