how many days without a real cigarette

Last smoke was Feb 1st at 1:00 PM EST. Wanted to make it easy to remember.

9 days strong with a fresh and unopened pack of Marlboro Smooths sitting in my desk at work...collecting dust.

Like somebody else said it's been amazing how easy it is to resist lighting up. vaping is clearly the superior experience, and a healthier one at that.

1 day 8 hrs & 40 minutes. Since I started vaping a week ago today, I smoked 50ish cigs. Where as, I would have smoked about 200.

6 days! i really had no intention of quitting........but i've had no urges except for in the morning when I am drinking a diet rockstar before work..............Other than that, once the rockstar is gone, so is the urge. I'm extremely happy!

I'd like to claim 13 days "in spirit", but technically 6. I was a bit intoxicated and thought if I smoked that the smokers I was with wouldn't smell so nasty. It was absolutely repulsive and made me ill. I couldn't even smoke 1/2 of it. Here's to many more smoke free days!
