Been a 2 pack a day fore 48 years, started vaping 4 weeks ago and have not had an analog since. Been much easier using vaping then expected but there has been three times, I had to deal with a little anxiety it was at bed time only. I never have any anxiety attacks of any kind so this was pretty interesting.

sad to say up to 3 packs a day. been smoking for darn near 50 years. Depending on what I was doing towards the end, 2 to 3 packs a day. Lucky for me, I been analog free for 3 months. First time I have been able to quit. Thanks to the nig in e-juice. Have cut down from 32mgs to 6 to 12mgs on the nic.

I've smoked for 30 years. At the end I was smoking close to 3 PAD! I've been smoke free since July 29, 2013 and it's been the best time! The greatest days were taking my ashtray out of my truck, not having to open my windows this winter, not smelling like smoke anymore, and selling 8 of the 9 packs of ciggy's to a friend at work (I still have 1 pack in my freezer DK why but I forget about it being there)

I started smoking when I was 15 YO. I am now 63 YO and stated vaping about 3 months ago. I haven't had a cigarette since. So about 50 years I've been smoking and it ended up at 2 PAD. Thank GOD for the people who "invented" vaping. If I had only know about it sooner!!
