Just a little over $300 for all of our start-up stuff (me and my husband combined).

We paid a little more to buy at a local shop so we didn't have to wait for stuff to come in the mail, since we didn't have any supplies yet.

4 batteries, 2 chargers, 13 juices, and 10 clearos to easily rotate flavors during our experimental phase.

Not too concerned with cost; there's huge value in our (already) improved health, longer lives, and the joy of vaping!

But we'll try not to get too carried away with other toys and delicious juices right away.

That's a lot of money in one month

I started with the v2 ultimate kit for $160. It took me about 3 days to figure out that wasn't what I was looking for so I ordered a ProVari, Vivi Nova, Kanger ProTank and a Z-Atty-Pro with a whole bunch of juice. Aside from maybe getting a couple mini novas, I'm set for mod for quite a while.

I'm not sure, but I know it's been much less than the potential cost of chemotherapy.

QFT!
Hmmm, I haven't seen that acronym around for some time...
Chances are though, realistically, I've spend more on vaping than buying combustibles.
But I'm happier, and I'm healthier, so that's more valuable than any amount of money.
Of course, some might feel otherwise.

Did I mention, Ocelot, I like you. You seem like a good person, and I get a laugh out of some of the things you post here. Oh boy, I'm awfully easy to please, aren't I? ;D

I save my receipts but I'm afraid to unfold them and look.

I like to keep a running spreadsheet on G Drive. Shows rough savings, money spent broken down into categories, days since quitting & a few other useful things.

Though currently it's showing I'm in the red by about $70. But in three weeks I'll be in the black considering I don't need anything.

I'm old too. I had to Google QFT - you kids and your hip talk! ;)

in the past two years, between my first kit, PVs, delivery methods, all necessary DIY supplies, ready juice, cases, accessories/trinkets, shipping... probably close to $1600, which is what I'd spend in a year on smokes.

now that I'm totally done with cigarettes, I can actually start to see some savings.. eventually.

(still cringing at the amount of $$ wasted with stuff I had to throw away- neglected juice went bad!)

It's been 530 days and, on average, spent $5.43 per day. I spent a lot on stuff that just didn't work for me but have no regrets. I feel better (they say I even smell better).
I have a new Vamo, some tanks, cartos, batteries and enough DIY to last for many months. Shouldn't need to spend any more for a long time.

But probably will.

I keep a running tab in a spreadsheet too. 40 days in and I'm $200 ahead even after spending $300 on equipment (including an Evic -- which I love).

Copied from my spreadsheet. Wondering how in the world you guys did this so cheap... but I guess avoiding $300 for Blu and a bunch of the 901 stuff I bought would help. I just realized that coulda been a Provari, now I'm sad. My coolest mod is a couple Ego Twists.
