Hello. My name is Paul and I'm a spend-on-vape-a-holic...

    1 billion, trillion, million, dollars...and 99 cents.

    Oh now...surely you jest?

Damn! Just got me to order another 3. Now I've got 5 coming.

That's okay, I only have 4 so you can send me one;)

I been vaping for a month & I spent about $200 trying to find a e-cig company I like, but I have finally find them, Halo G6 with Johnson Creek e-juice & still looking for other juice option.

And you will continue to look...

i spent only 70$ on my start up kit and maybe 150 on DIY items. Nothing more than that...yet. I DO want a nice provari or similar, but I haven't been able to justify the 200$. Maybe in a few months when I feel the savings from DIY.

    Well now, there's a plan :)

Was having a few drinks last night and vaping hard on my new juice, caramel tobacco. After an hour, I felt like throwing up! Man, I'm gonna have to drop on some more dollars testing out juices. I've got 4 more coming. Anyone have experience with the "organic" juices. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.

    Only 4 ????

I like the evods as well but I have 3 devices in use at all times. Kanger Protank, Kanger Evod, and Iclear 16. I just spent another 51.00 yesterday and ended up with a Halo juice that cost me 12.50 for a 15ml and I HATED it lol. What was I thinking...oh well, I know that the person that I'm sending it to will probably like it. I've just discovered that I'm not at all into tobacco e-liquids and I won't make that mistake again. I thought that Diy'ing would save me money but the cost of the flavors and the variety, I found a new rabbit hole there. So how much have I spent in the 2 months that I've been doing this? About 500.00. Am I done yet? Nope lol. but maybe I can slow up a bit now.

Hmmm... break down of what I've bought:
    - cig-a-like batteries: $4
    - eJuice: $18
    - RBAs, clearomizers, cartomizers: $22
    - APVs $78
    Total: $122 including tax/shipping

    Still need to buy:
    - Wick: $3 for a big ball of cotton yarn or twine
    - Kanthal: $5 on ebay

I used to smoke about a pack a month, sometimes a pack a week if holidays or exams; I was a very light smoker. So far all this vaping gear is equivalent to about 20-25 packs of cigs, about the same as how much I would have spent a year on cigarettes.

I've easily spent $400+ on gear, but it's less than I'd have spent on analogs. started with V2 (doh!) .. but I can't stay mad at them since they got me off of burning. switched to V4L DAV (small and XL) which I'll probably keep using when I need to be portable. just waiting on a VAMO now for my "at home" mod. I also have a broad range of carts, clearos, tanks and my new favorites, the ProTanks. Also a modest selection of juices (some of which I hate and bought too much of). I pray that I can ease back on hardware purchases for a while, other than some replacement parts for the ProTank / carts. I'd like to really "feel" the savings that I know ecigs can offer.

I keep a pretty tight budget, but I have built a reasonable collection in the last few months. I spent about $100 two years ago on a cigalike kit that didn't work out for me. And about $180 since February on a Vamo, eVic, Zmax, couple rba's, several clearos, some carts (which I despise), and ~400ml of various juice. I've traded for everything bu the Vamo since February, and that doesn't account for my time.

To date? It's in the thousands but were talking years not months. It took awhile to find a rebuildable that I was happy with and all.
Settled on the GGTS and a ODY flavor and vapor is awesome. That was 7 months ago and haven't spent a dime since but I already had enough DIY juice and rebuild parts to last a few years. When you find the right combination your spending will drop and that's when the savings begin. Even though I have spent in the thousands I'm still ahead.
