At least I can say I am saving my lungs, sense I quit, I would have spent $600.00 on the cigars I was smoking, so another month and a half or 2 months, and what I spent on devise's I would have spent on cigars. I just have to resist buying all the other APV's out there, but I think I still want a mini provari.

Too much, lol! But I think well worth it. My first few purchases I wish I could redo, but they served the purpose of getting me into vaping. Started with 510 starter kit from brick and mortar for 65, then went to another vaping brick and mortar to try new juices and picked up bigger batteries and carts since they sold 808's (I was thinking that having a kit that mimicked analogs would be best for me at the time). Battery life sucked so then got an 808 passthrough.

My EVOD starter kit is where I really found the setup I liked. The clear flavor from the BCC blew away the carts and ce4 I tried. I have since picked up a couple of VV ego's and this weekend ordered my first APV, an Innokin SVD for a really great price.

I think like most things, vaping has it's own learning curve to find what works for you and that will cost you money. The set-up that works for your buddy or co-worker may not be the fit for you. I am glad I never went for the gas station or mall e-cigs (mall kiosks sales guys are what kept me from vaping for a very long time). As I am finding my fit, my costs are going to juices, coil heads and trying a few upgrades.

I've been vaping for about 8 months now and I've spent about $350 on hardware and juice. But after a little math I figure that I would have spent around $600 in analog cigarettes. So its money was well spent had I known of this forum I could has saved some money by not buying that crappy cigg-a-like kit I started with and just got an ego kit I'm using now. Unfortunately now I'm looking at Zenesis 2 mod and some others so I expect that to go up.

Been at it a few months and I believe the amount is defined as "Shocking", but I got hooked on mech mods early, nzonic v3, zenesis2, etc and had to try everything. On the plus side, I have a mini store of things and have set up several people with gear, juice etc. Felt like a pusher doing drop offs of juice at offices (here you go, try this). The best though, was seeing the reaction of my cousin when I sent her this little care package from my juice collection to tide her and her husband over post crappy Oklahoma weather. What's money really matter when it comes to helping friends and family.

Little !!!!......There's enough juice there to last 2 or 3 years

Personally i've spent about £400,($600) on vaping toys over the couple of dozen months i've been vaping. How about you ?

I started out with an Efox, you know one of those tiny little things the size of an analog but I quit altogether. Then I started back up with the analogs again. So that was $60 wasted on me and another $60 on my girlfriend, she went right back to analogs. My father wants myself and my mother to quit so he bought what he thought were "really nice one's" for us. Turned out they were just joyetech's with the clearomizers he paid $125 each so $250 for what you can get now for about $30. I just bought 4 replacement batteries, 10 clearomizers with 50 ML's of juice from china for $122. So that's a total of $492.

Now lets compare that to the analogs. I was a one pack a day guy, 5 bucks a day times 365 is $1825 double that due to my girlfriend also smoking and its $3650 a year. The supplies I just ordered for $122 (other then the juice) will last us the rest of the year. I estimate that we will also need an additional $150 in juice. I plan on making my own juice very soon and look forward to stockpiling in case the feds get involved.

I have to change my total already. Just picked up a Poldiac Aname Friday and picking up a full brass Ba Gua later today. Oh the wife is gonna kill me.

I've been eyeing that Brass Ba Gua but I can't decide if I want that or a Zenesis 2 DX 350. They both are a bit more pricier then my ego setup I'm using now but they look wicked cool especailly the Ba Gua with its slim profile and engravings.

Thirty days analog-free, and the signature below is nowhere near accurate as I'm still well in the hole financially. I have not yet figured out the total, but I started off with an expensive kit and have since been trying all kinds of juice and different clearomizers, but I'm probably somewhere around $400 to-date. That will level off, I'm sure, as I stick with a setup (right now Kanger T3s on an ego-Twist 1000) and decide on a few juices to buy in 30ml sizes and just play around with some new flavors...

I am, however, out of the hole health-wise, or at least I quit digging :)

hahahaha after less than 1 month i am reaching the $1000 mark, but this is to be used in the future, red Provari, silver vein Altsmoke Omega 8 different carto tanks, cartos, juices............. its not cheap, and i try to buy american only, so in my endeavor to be healthy and make it so my vapes dont let me down and let the nagging cigs get me back, i spend now to avoid doctors later, plus its the initial investments that will be no expenditures later.

That's what i call commitment !:toast:
