I'd day that's about right. My brother fills up about 4 times a day but he was a heavy smoker. When I was a smoker I smoked no more than a pack a day, ever, but now I vape constantly. If I'm awake there is an ecig next me, still warm

LOL! I was right there with you on the half a pack a day. I think, at least to me, that since it tastes so darn good and I feel that the health risks aren't there, I vape away happily all day. It's also satisfying my need to eat candy, so I have now lost 15 pounds since I started!

We're planning on going down to 0 mg in the near future. We don't worry about how much juice we're going through/how much we vape, we're just happy to not be smoking anymore.

As for me I go through about 5ml's of 12mg nic (sometimes 6mg) per day. Honestly it's turning out to be a little more expensive than what I was spending when I was smoking as a pack of Marlboro lights here in Manila goes for about US$1.00 as compared to ejuices which sell for about US$5.50 for 10ml's. (I used to smoke about 10 sticks a day BTW).
But hey that doesn't matter because health is wealth! And vaping is so much tastier and healthier than smoking!

So agreed! This has become more of a hobby for me now and I know for a fact I am spending more on vaping supplies than on cigarettes (I see that from my signature...lol). But, this is not counting the health costs of smoking. I feel a lot healthier now and, if I can miss all the colds I was getting, the money savings from not missing work alone will more than triple what I have spent so far
I used to smoke 20 a day before i started vaping. I now vape on average 5-8mls a day of 18mg and i feel a damn site better now than i did when i smoked. There is no bad chest, no sounding like an old motorbike when i wake up in the morning and now i can run up a couple of flights of stairs without getting out of breath

Hahaha! I look at it the same way mate. A hobby! BUT with health benefits. Lol! But yeah, we should all be proud that we are taking the right steps to a healthier lifestyle!
I'm as new as yourself. I set up both ego-c's that come with the kit. One with 0mg and one with 18mg. I kind of just hop back and forth but attempt to avoid the one with nic until I actually get some cravings. Should help me lower over time without any effects. For the most part, vaping satisfies almost all parts of my old habit without the nic. 1/2 pack per day 14 year smoker.

I wish 2 ml would be enough, my juice would last longer......... LOL! I'm going through probably 4-5 ml per day, in 5 tanks, 5 flavors, so I don't know exactly, but I am chain vaping at high voltage so that eats battery and juice....... You body will tell you when it's enough, until then, vape away and enjoy the flavors.....
About 7% of forum members at any time are 0 nic vapers. Probably, more people in this group are likely to quit totally and move on out of the group than in other groups (like low-nic, medium-nic etc), being replaced by new people working down to 0 nic.

(Overall I think of it as 1/5 - 1/6 because newer people tend to have weaker vaping form or equipment, pretty sure they're getting less of the nicotine.)

Depends on if it's a workday or weekend day. Weekends I vape pretty much continuous while awake. May refill my 4.5mL Vision Tank 4 or 5 times. During the workday only fill it a couple of refills. For the last 8 or 9 months I vape 0Nic0FA, Zero Nicotine Zero Flavor added 90% of the time. It's an oral gratification thing with me now. JMHO

Wow and wow!!! On the amount of juice and getting down to 0nic. WTG on the 0nic However, not sure I would vape 0FA, my main enjoyment, right now, is tasting sweet juices. Being on a diet, it kills my cravings for sweets.

I go through maybe 1.5 tanks of an 18mg juice during the "work day." Lounging around at home, I might refill 3 times total with a 12mg juice. I don't finish the whole tank in the evening, so it sits waiting while I am at work. So yeah, rough math, 4 - 6ml daily. Based on all my reading on here, the numbers don't concern me in the least. Fiscally I may be spending more than my initial math said I would be once I switched, but even still, I'm fine with that. I'm feeling better every day ... and still spending less ever day. I do know that once I have truely settled on an chain vaping flavor for the evenings, I will start some DIY to help my fiscal savings.
Since I started vaping this Monday (yay!), I think I've gone through 3 condom fills + drip top-offs for my XL Resurrector cartos. I believe those are around 2ml capacity? Plus, today I got a shipment of juices and have been atty dripping that to try them pretty much solid for a couple of hours. These are nearly all 24mg juices too.
If ya get light-headed, dizzy, palpitations, or etc. Take a break, drink some water and relax a bit.
Put it this way...who hasn't gone out to a bar or something and smoked yer ... off...then woken up the next day with a nicotine "hangover"? - I know I have, but I lived.
Vaping is far safer as you aren't getting all of the other 5,000 poisons in the mix like ya do with cigs. You control it.
Just use a bit of common sense and be aware of your body and you'll be fine IMO.
